Other mistake: Right at the start, as they're crashing, the computer narrates their rapidly-dropping altitude in feet. But the "altitude" dial we're shown is in metres. Most noticeable as they cross the 3,000 mark, when the computer voice and the height say/show the same number at the same time, despite the different units. 3,000m would be more like 9,000 feet, or 3,000 feet would be more like 1,000m. Other mistake: When Theo is thinking back to when Steve offers to share the royalties from his book, Shirley is heavily pregnant with her daughter. However, on the table next to Theo, is a photo of Shirley's son and daughter, as they are in the present.

Other mistake: Episodes 4 and 5 of season 1 aired noticeably out of order. In episode 4, "The Nanny," Alex's former Nanny, Rosalba, comes to work at his podcast company, and its name, "Ajana," is mentioned a few times. But episode 5, "The Mother-in-Law," starts with the company unnamed; over the course of the episode, Alex learns of the concept of "ajana," the unknown, from his mother-in-law and chooses it as his company's name.

Winter Luau - S1-E9
Other mistake: When Lucas is about to take Alexa from her friends, you can hear them re-using an audio clip from a previous episode, "But if I tell them the same thing is gonna happen to me" which would only apply if this was before Alexa tells everyone that she is the one with cancer.

Other mistake: The excavator with the rotating bucket wheel that is shown in the opening is turning backwards from the direction required for it to actually dig.

Other mistake: Hawk gets a mohawk, but his hair was too short to style it like that.
Suggested correction: The mohawk was not a prop, but the actual hair of the actor they shaved off and mended together for him.
That is true, it was the actor's actual hair, but in the realm of the show, Eli's hair was not long enough to style that large of a mohawk out of it.

Other mistake: The wolf is accused of killing two officers, but they were only tased.
Suggested correction: "The wolf is accused of killing two officers, but they were only tased." It's actually he killed the 2 men not the officers thy were talking about the 2 men he had to help him.

Other mistake: The shopkeeper hands Danny a Beretta 92fs/M9 handgun with a detached suppressor. To mount a suppressor to the muzzle end of the handgun the barrel needs to be threaded, and this one isn't. Sometimes barrels are threaded and when no suppressor is attached they are protected by a thread barrel cap to protect the threads from dings and bumps. There is no thread cap here either. Black Blood - S1-E1
Other mistake: All the Greek name variants are used over the Latin ones - including even "Odysseus" over the more familiar "Ulysses" (who is the same person). However when the story of Actaeon comes up, it's suddenly the goddess "Diana" that he saw. But all the gods have their Greek names, so that should be "Artemis." (As indeed is used in episode 2). Coffee Quest/Phoenix Rises - S1-E18
Other mistake: In Phoenix Rises, when Phoenix runs away, the Big Coffee sign is missing.

Other mistake: A mayday call is received. It is shown on the moving map display as originating to starboard of the boat Magnum and Higgins are on. They promise to go help but turn to port. (00:01:50)

Other mistake: After Starfire burns the guy in the room everything is burned but the picture, magically.

Warriors and Guardians - S2-E4
Other mistake: The driver in the blue Mustang (Osito) drives past Nolan and Harper, then makes a u-turn and drives past them again, to Nolan and Harper's left (same direction he came from), but when Nolan and Harper go to chase him, they turn right instead of left. (00:31:15)

Other mistake: As the truck with the bomb is approaching the embassy, there is a modern (about 2010) Mini Cooper parked on the street.

Episode #1.3 - S1-E3
Other mistake: After the arrest of "ABC" and a brief scene with the interview to Betty's family, there's a prolonged close-up of a newspaper with the date "24 April 1933." Besides the article on the serial killer, there's a headline that says "German ministers in Rome - Uproar as Strong Arm men pack benches." The body of the article though talks about the Persian parlament, and the prime minister mentioned is "Dr. Mossadeg." Mohammad Mossadegh's public office as PM and his visit in the US mentioned in the article happened in the 50s.

Undisclosed - S2-E7
Other mistake: Toward the end of the episode the perpetrator is corned by the FBI. He steps backwards from the curb and is killed instantly by a garage truck moving at a high rate of speed. In the following scene the garbage truck is shown just a few steps beyond the scene just behind a parked car. The truck was going very fast when it killed the perp and could not have stopped so quickly. Further it would not have been going that fast in a curb lane with a parked vehicle right ahead of it.

Other mistake: A group of four operators have infiltrated a house and assassinated a victim by shooting him in his bed. Four rounds to the body are fired. When they go to the victim to get a confirmation sample, there is no blood seeping anywhere.

Other mistake: Dong-mae grabs a sword and slits the throat of a Japanese man, which causes blood to get splattered over both the left and right side of his face, as well as his neck and his chest. This would not be possible for multiple reasons. One, the slit was relatively small, so there wouldn't have been that much blood. Two, Dong-mae was standing too far away from him for the blood to travel that far. Three, Dong-mae had his head turned away from the man when he slit his throat. (00:43:19)

Other mistake: The woodchipper is shown cutting wood, but is squeaky clean when the golfer sticks his hand in it to get the ball out.
