Continuity mistake: The clothes Tyler and Kassi were wearing at Kassi's house were not the same when Kassi came to dinner that day at the Burnside's house. It seems unlikely that BOTH would change clothes before dinner. (00:31:49 - 00:32:40)

Continuity mistake: In her temper tantrum, the Empress throws various dishes and cups to the ground. In her messy motion though, some items do not fly off the table and a golden fruit bowl happens to just spin around and stay on. It is gone next. (00:02:45)

Continuity mistake: There are several variations or inconsistencies in Marcus' hair and tie from the time he goes through the metal detector and sits in the courtroom. Continuity mistake: Ling walks outside the cafe after Bu puts the note on the window. When the scene is shown from Cheng's POV, she stands still after walking outside, then walks a few steps to take the note off the window. Continuity mistake: When Dave and Meg are at the park/campus talking and come across a sculptor, they begin to talk while stopped, watching. Several times Meg's head changes from looking at Dave to watching the sculptor between shots.
Continuity mistake: John wakes up in a hospital bed, with a doctor talking to him in a rather aloof tone. The stethoscope around Doctor Mirione's neck changes position every time the angles switch; the bell is either at his collar or all the way down to his coat's pocket. (00:25:00)
Continuity mistake: When Toby puts two drinking glasses from the workmen in the trash can it is not lined, but when Delores opens the trash can it is lined with a paper bag.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, with Dolly Parton playing on the car radio, we see the nose of the car driven by Aunt pass by a red Kia with a bunch of girls doing their exercises running on the sidewalk. A few seconds later though, from the passenger window we see they are passing by the same car and same girls while the song is playing and they sing along to it.
Continuity mistake: When the Overgard makes a cave in the snow for the night with the girl, he goes to put her picture in her coat. She is sleeping with her hands down at her legs. When it cuts to a close up of the picture going into her coat, suddenly her right hand is up on her chest. (00:47:12)
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene with the skype call, Mia's hair is in front/behind her shoulders depending on the camera angle, with no logic. (00:00:55)
Continuity mistake: Susan meets backstage Dr. Mitch. He states the obvious saying that she looks alike her twin sister, just more confident, and she cuts him off saying that she knows. She was leaning back with her hands as support, and at the cut she replies to him with her hands joined at the front. (00:09:45)
Continuity mistake: Whilst driving back after meeting with Paul Castellano, Gotti has his hand on the driver seat headrest in some shots, but in others his hand is on the seat. (00:35:05)
Continuity mistake: Earl shoved the stacks of $100 bills back into the envelope and appeared to put the envelope back into the console with his right hand, but when the camera shifted, Earl was holding the envelope in his left hand with the stacks of $100 bills partially pulled out again.
