Continuity mistake: Nicke enters the room to execute a Yakuza after a woman cuffed both his wrists. When Nick shoots the cuffed Yakuza in the head, the cuff on the right is suddenly detached and bent out of shape.
Continuity mistake: The first time we see Jackson rehearsing, his brother comes to the first row to talk to him, always with his right arm down. There's a brief shot from a different angle where his arm is suddenly up. Then back to the previous angle where the arm is lowered for the rest of the scene.
Continuity mistake: When Will comes out of the garage to get Teresa, he has an alien's tentacle attached to him. When he and Teresa go in to the garage, he no longer has the tentacle attached. (00:34:25)
Continuity mistake: At the diner, Zach moved his drink from the tray and set it on the table to the right of his plate and right arm. When his dad sat at the table, Zach's drink was to the left of his plate and left arm. Also, Zach was playing with a plastic fork with both hands and was turned to his right while talking to his dad, but his drink was suddenly between his arms after a camera shift. Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie Armstrong is standing on the surface of the moon and turning towards Earth. At that point the sun is exactly behind him, so Earth should be fully lit. In the next scene Earth (and the moon) are lit from the left, not directly in front as they should be. (02:05:20)
Continuity mistake: Valeria went to the first meeting with Alberto Rak at his place. In the following scene her mother Amalia enters her apartment bringing breakfast. Between takes Laura Morante picked up the tray from opposite directions, since the coffee cup switched from left to right during her walk from one end of the corridor to the other. (00:10:50)
Continuity mistake: In the first WW2 flashback the protagonist is handing the various items to the Nazi doorman. When he puts down the pen, he is doing it with a left hand in the table close-up, but he picked it with his right, as the left arm is busy holding the coat. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: When young Tiffany is eating ice cream at a restaurant, the amount of ice cream left in the clear glass bowl increases after she eats more. The ice cream in the bowl starts out being about half-full, goes down to less than one-fourth, and returns to about half-full again. (01:02:47 - 01:03:19)
Continuity mistake: The orchids in the vase in the center of the table are spread differently in views of Erasmus or Paul. (01:11:12)
Continuity mistake: At night, as Claudia gets into bed with Rory, we see her bare back across the shoulder blades, and no evidence of shoulder straps. In the morning she awakens with surprise at Rory's absence, and she is wearing a top that would have been visible if she'd worn it in the night scene. (01:31:13 - 01:33:00)
Continuity mistake: When Kurt is drawing the picture of a naked lady, in the above shot where the camera shows what he is drawing, the pencil he is holding is held at an upright position. When the camera changes angles, the pencil is tilted at an angle away from Kurt. (00:11:45)
Continuity mistake: The position of Don's baseball cap on the table changes two times. Initially, the cap is near the corner of the table with the visor and letter "P" roughly parallel to the front of his body. After he pours beer into his glass, the visor is angled more toward the corner of the table (even though the camera appears to pan around it). When Don brings Mike back to the table, the cap visor is pointed toward Don and is at a differently angle (more parallel to the front of his body again). (00:00:09 - 00:01:47)
Continuity mistake: Jeffrey downs all his whiskey, but in the following shot his glass is still half empty. (01:35:50)
Continuity mistake: When the police knocks at the door of Simon's trailer, Jean-Hugues Anglade 's arm changes position between shots as he talks to his daughter.
Continuity mistake: After David has sent his daughter texts asking since when does she not text at school, it shows he's in a video conference with some other people split onto 3 screens on his computer. The image of his boss above and the image of the 3 people to the left of David's video never changes. However, upon cutting to closer or further angles of David's video, it frequently switches back and froth from a mirrored image or not. Despite there being no reason for it switching depending on the movie's camera. (00:15:40)
Continuity mistake: When Riley's boss says he's giving her extra hours and she's closing, Riley looks down to the side in her close up. When the camera cuts again as he walks away, she's suddenly looking up straight ahead towards him as he walks. (00:08:40)
Continuity mistake: When Vera wakes up next to her daughter, there is nothing shown in her daughter's hand. When Vera goes to wake her up a second later, Vera's hand and the girl's hand are suddenly touching. (00:08:12)
Continuity mistake: In London, while singing the Pine song Oliver says "hoo loo loo" and raises his right arm. When the shot changes it's lowered.
Continuity mistake: At the ballpark, Poole is seated (alone) in the top row, four seats in. There is a large square pillar separating the next section (to the left of the screen). In the lower left-hand corner, a dark-haired man with a mustache can be seen. When the camera returns, the pillar is gone, Poole appears to be in the third (not fourth) seat, and the dark-haired man is seated as high as Poole. (00:39:35)
Continuity mistake: When Fish gets shot in the leg and runs out of ammo, we see him on the monitor still trying to shoot in vain. When it cuts to him, the slide is locked back and we see him release the slide and try to shoot. But in the next shot of him, the slide is once again locked back. Since we know he's out of ammo and he didn't reload or fire the gun, the only way for that to happen is if he manually pulled the slide back, which he didn't have an opportunity to do (not that it would even make sense to do).
