Continuity mistake: When Noah and Adam are talking and Noah is playing with his fishing pole he is reeling it in. It cuts to a close up as he talks about his mother taking him to Canada and suddenly his left arm is pulled back a bit and he's holding the pole much closer to his body. (00:08:20)
Plot hole: The world depicted features magic, an evil overlord who 2,000 years before tried to conquer the world, and several races. Despite these HUGE differences with our world, everything turns out of the same as our world, with nations as they are now, and a casual mention of the Alamo and "Mexicans still getting shit" for it. So our current history has not been altered a single bit by wizards, dragons and super-strong races roaming the Earth. Fine. In this ungodly implausible context, orcs live with humans in cities that mirror ours; humans and elves don't trust them, but still they live in towns with them, they go to schools, run businesses, half of the NFL is formed by orcs. Even the movie Shrek exists! And yet, at the end of the movie Nick Jakoby becomes the first Orkish police officer in the USA! There is just no way a society like this, mirroring closely our own and with orcs that existed as long as humans did, can exist with no orc ever been part of law enforcement.
Plot hole: After Rita kills Billy, why didn't any of the other rangers do something to help him? They could have very easily done CPR on him or at least called for an ambulance.
Suggested correction: (1) they did...they took him to Zordon. (2) These are high school kids. Have you ever seen any slasher flick before? Not every HS kid knows CPR.
Every high school lifeguard that ever existed.
Suggested correction: They may have not been in range with cellphone towers to get a good enough signal. Also, they had superpowers including super strength so doing CPR on Billy would have been very dangerous and would have probably hurt him even more.
Factual error: Following the blowout, Sara's phone is shown several times as being connected to Wi-Fi with a full Wi-Fi signal. Being in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by hills, it's highly unlikely there would be a public Wi-Fi connection for her to connect to.
Factual error: The man cutting through the door is pictured holding a torch, but that type of torch is not a cutting torch. You also see a showering of sparks as though a grinder is being used. (00:42:00 - 00:43:00)
Continuity mistake: Jake and Wendall are talking on the track field as they pull some weights. The strap attached to Wendall's glasses keeps moving in front and behind his shoulder between shots. (00:03:30)
Continuity mistake: Man-seob smears some cream above his upper lip after a few smoke grenades are deployed. The amount of cream shown over his upper lip changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: In the mid-credits scene in Justice League vs. Teen Titans, Terra's hair was shoulder length and she had no freckles, but in this movie, she now has shorter hair and freckles.
Visible crew/equipment: When the police woman falls off the boat when the shark hits it, on the right side of the screen, you can see a hand outstretched, as if reaching out to grab her. It doesn't belong to the only other person on the boat, since he's behind the wheel and completely out of reach. So, it belonged to a person who wasn't supposed to be there.
Other mistake: When the Polish police officers are shot in the van, there is no blood splatter at all. Two seconds later there is blood on the wall. When the guy in the middle is shot in the chest, blood sprays almost one meter above and behind him on the wall. (00:33:25)
Continuity mistake: When Emily is in the US Embassy in Bogotá, the guy tells her he is the only one there. However, when he first started talking to her, there are two men in the background. (01:58:00)
Other mistake: After Ray patches up his shoulder from being shot, he heads out answering a call from Jacob. As he's talking he gets hit in the neck by a sleep dart and his phone is shown. The screen still shows an incoming call, rather than one in progress. (00:38:20)
Continuity mistake: The candle to the far right in the candelabra is tilted to the right to various degrees or not in between shots. (The other candles aren't exactly straight up.) In one shot, the candles are further apart (not paced the same distance between them). The top half of the candelabra was tilted to the right when the right candle was leaning against the wall. (00:24:27 - 00:25:20)
Character mistake: Aunt Dottie, pointing to Will's Range Rover, said, "You're not taking that thing out tomorrow, are you? That thing's gonna get stuck before you can get started. You take the Ridgeline. That'll handle anything up there [mountains]." A Range Rover has great capability in all types of terrain and is rated as one of the best off-road SUV's - more than can be said for the Honda Ridgeline. (The movie is not classified as a comedy). (00:11:40)
Factual error: The film informs us the gravity on Neptune's moon Triton is less than 8% of Earth's. But the whole physics of the rocks and his movement on the surface do not reflect that. The actual surface is frozen nitrogen. The difficulty he has in moving around is not well correlated by him only weighing 7kg. Https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5361488/.
Continuity mistake: When the boy wakes up in the middle of the night after first hearing the dinosaur, his alarm clock reads 2:0x (its not clear but the digit segments on show imply it's either 2:05 or 2:06). The next time we see the clock it's 2:02, then two scenes later when the dinosaur decides to and then does jumps off the table the clock now reads 2:22.
Factual error: Just after feeling the explosion from the south tower, Eddie's watch shows 17:37 whilst others and himself are stuck in the North tower elevator. The planes hit the towers in the morning. (00:35:00)
Revealing mistake: Right at the beginning of the movie, an alien blasts Lieutenant Smalls and he drops his rifle. The weapon wobbles, revealing it's a rubber prop rifle. (00:01:55)
Deliberate mistake: The front passenger's side mirror [driver's side is on the right] is parallel to the screen/camera yet there is a perfectly clear image of the passenger's face looking into the mirror. (00:00:38)
Factual error: A group of people are traveling in a pickup truck escaping earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. They come across a mist that they identify as sulphur dioxide, mainly by its smell and effects on people. Then the plastic interior of the car starts to melt, and they attribute it to the sulphur dioxide. Sulphur dioxide can attack plastics and rubber, but only in its liquid form. It turns gaseous at -10° C. After that it is a gas. So the melting of plastic is not correct at ambient temperature.
