Continuity mistake: When The Barracuda is seen approaching the island on the jet ski, and everyone's watching her, she's standing up. In the next shot she's sitting down. She's back to standing in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: During the Medici brothers vs. Marco Bello confrontation near the end of the episode Lorenzo grabs a candlestick to defend himself against Marco Bello's knife - you can even notice a candle slipping off the candlestick. As Marco Bello turns to leave the chamber, however, Lorenzo's hands are empty and the candlestick rests on the table. In the next shot he's holding it again, with the candle sitting atop of the candlestick. (00:47:30)

Continuity mistake: At the party, Suzanna Macon passes her tea cup and saucer to a servant twice.
Continuity mistake: When Duke drops his phone, we see it land face up. It doesn't get touched, but when Gideon picks it up, it's now face down.
Continuity mistake: As the two men are hauling the "nap pod" away, when the camera is on the employees, we watch the men turn the corner and leave the room. When it cuts back to the employees, the two men and nap pod are back in the room and pushing the pod around the corner again.

Continuity mistake: When Belinda and Fleabag are having a drink, Fleabag's hairstyle keeps changing in every shot: sometimes she has a bang of hair falling over her forehead, others not, others it's loose, others it's protruding slightly.
Continuity mistake: When Dmitri and the doctor first try to get Vanessa to feed on human blood, the blood bag keeps switching from full to half-empty from one shot to the next. (00:16:05)

Continuity mistake: When Katie is talking to Grace, she has the works of Confucius under the Bible and Koran. When Grace says she likes how people won't die any more, the shot changes and the works of Confucius is now on top.
Continuity mistake: The team is in their plane with 3 digital clocks on the wall. The clock on the right jumps from 4:x:x to 22:x:x in the next scene which happens within minutes, and then back to 21:x:x.

Continuity mistake: The characters are looking at the Ten Little Soldiers. When one of them (playing the role of Blore) is banging on the glass, you can see the hands of the mystery writer ("Lombard") leaning against the base. He's leaning on the top of the display case in the next shot. (00:22:10)
Continuity mistake: When Foster and his goons are at Asa's place and Asa is walking towards the door, he has already thrown the stick that he was fiddling with his toenails with down, and has both hands in his pockets. Shortly afterwards he has the stick back in his hand at the door.
Continuity mistake: In the original show we are led to believe that Lorelei lost her virginity to Christopher. But in this, during the late night gathering outside after the funeral, Lorelei's story about her father was about her losing her virginity to someone who wasn't Christopher. She got pregnant at the age of 16. We are to assume that she did not sleep with anyone immediately after Christopher. If the above is true, she didn't get pregnant when she lost her virginity. If she didn't get pregnant then she should've been safe with Christopher. What did the above were true, we would have heard about it. She would have told her daughter about how she lost her virginity.
Continuity mistake: When Toby/Kunta encounters the British army captain (after strangling the overseer) most of his whipping scars are centered down his middle back, with a few marks on his shoulders. When in the prior episode, the whip struck mostly his lower left backside.
Continuity mistake: When Bob Lee and Isaac are in the firefight in the office building, the bullet holes in the walls change position or disappear.
Continuity mistake: During the green race near the end, steel cars keep changing the amount of dirt and position of the dirt between shots.
Continuity mistake: Sunny's wine glass is at her mouth as she drinks, the next shot the glass is instantly lower.
Continuity mistake: Harry drives away from a crime scene and his rear numberplate is visible as D703 VAN. We then see Harry in his car from the front, and the numberplate has changed to E160 HLT. (00:21:18 - 00:22:31)

Continuity mistake: The father of a teen girl murdered in CA receives a letter from a self-proclaimed psychic concerning the murder. He received it at his home in RI, but the letter is addressed to San Diego, CA. The address is shown twice. (00:08:00 - 00:14:00)
