Continuity mistake: When Duke drops his phone, we see it land face up. It doesn't get touched, but when Gideon picks it up, it's now face down.
Continuity mistake: Two gangsters are about to walk into a bar where Gideon's father is. There is a wide angle shot of the gangsters next to their car and a guy leaving the bar. Next scene, a few seconds later, you see the entrance of the bar from a different angle and the same guy leaving the bar again. (00:00:05)
Other mistake: When Cobb starts to chase the red Dodge, there's a shot of him passing between two vehicles (and very distinct buildings in the background). When Murphy picks up the chase, this same shot is reused, showing her passing between the same two vehicles.
