Continuity mistake: When Seok-woo gets tackled by a soldier zombie at Daejeon Station, when he is first shown on the floor, he places his hands on the soldier's shoulders to keep him away from him. His hands are shown pressed against the shoulders in the first shot. When the camera changes to a different angle, his right hand is suddenly grabbing onto his clothing. (00:45:24)
Continuity mistake: In the diner at the end of the movie Sam's hair is behind her ear, then over her ear, then behind her ear again.
Continuity mistake: In an early scene with Scrat on board the alien space ship, he accidentally increases the artificial gravity, and there is a control panel indicator with the word "GRAVITY" in English. In a later scene when the ship is out of control and a danger warning flashes in front of him, it's written in an alien language.
Continuity mistake: When they are in the big hall he goes to demonstrate that he can shoot. He shoots 5 arrows. When you see the arrows hit the bowl only three hit. (00:32:00)
Sometimes he shoots 2 at a time. He does shoot 3 times, but he shoots five arrows.
The correction is valid. He never shoots 2 arrows at once. You may need to watch in slow motion if you can't see what happened. He grabs 3 arrows with his right hand and keeps them in his hand as he shoots 1 arrow at a time. This is probably most obvious on the 2nd shot where you see the 2 arrows in the bow, but when he releases his hand, you see one arrow still in his right hand and 1 arrow leaving the bow.
He starts holding all 3 arrows, shoots 1, reloads holding 2, shoots 1, then reloads and shoots the last arrow.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene young Cal has scrapes on his face after he misses the roof jumping with his bike, in the next scene when he finds his mother dead his face has no scrapes, and then in following scene he is running and has scrapes on his face again.
Continuity mistake: While the Squad is patrolling the city, the ends of Harley's bunches keep changing in style; they are straight when she's changing at the prison and on the helicopter with the Squad, really curled after Rick kills someone, then jump between straight and slightly curled for the rest of the film, with the exception of the end scene where she hasn't got her hair in bunches anymore, but a different hairstyle.
Continuity mistake: During the last great battle with Apocalypse, Beast hurls an entire automobile at Storm, and she recoils in fright. Before the car crushes Storm, Psylocke slices the automobile in half, with the two halves separating by several feet (at least 10 feet) before the shot changes. But in the next shot, the two halves of the car crash down on either side of Storm, separated by only a couple of feet.
Continuity mistake: When Kadgar is telling Lothar about the great gate and that the Guardian burned his research, both of them go to pick up a chest, which they were doing anyway, but instead the scene switches to them both sitting down to talk, and the chest has gone. (00:52:00)
Continuity mistake: While Jax is held against the wall by two of the Furies it shows her bare feet held off the ground. As she moves across to Sinbad after he plunges the sword into the third Fury she is wearing flip-flops. (00:29:17 - 00:29:54)
Continuity mistake: Mr. Collins asks which daughter made dinner. Bennet responds that his daughters were trained for battle, not the kitchen. Charles Dance lifts the glass before the editing cut, but in the next shot, the glass is nowhere in sight. (00:33:30)
Continuity mistake: At the end, when Gloria hurls Oscar completely out of sight beyond the horizon, a huge crowd of South Koreans rush up directly behind Gloria, cheering and applauding, only a few feet away from her. The camera cuts to a frontal shot of Gloria, and now the crowd is 30 feet or more in the background.
Continuity mistake: When Batman and Batgirl are about to have sex on the roof, Batman lets his left hand slip down from her back to her butt. In the next shot, it's on her back again.
Continuity mistake: When Lucius reports to Pilate after descending the staircase, the shots change, showing the staircase behind Lucius, columns (and no staircase), then back to the staircase again.
Continuity mistake: When Pope messages his colleague from the cab driver's phone, the time on display is 13:49. When the phone is used as GPS to get to the destination, there has been a sudden jump and it's 14:57. (00:05:10 - 00:05:55)

Continuity mistake: The level of snake wine changes in the glass as the camera cuts back and forth during the conversation in the Chinese restaurant between Jeff and Tim.
Continuity mistake: The crew arrived at the volcanic island in turmoil, and are talking with the local captain. The captain asks them to carry also some of the dead people, and they start asking him what the plan is, if there's one at all. The pass at the neck of the captain shows the side with the symbol in one shot, the blank one in the next. (00:25:10)
