Corrected entry: The ship loses its ability to make fresh water. The crew rigs a small plastic evaporator which is seen overflowing with abundant water. A rig of this size could not produce enough water to supply the needs of even one crew member.
Corrected entry: Diane says that her parents named her Diane because they liked the show "Cheers." However, she recently turned 35, and this episode was created in 2015. She was born in 1980, but the first "Cheers" episode was in 1982.
Correction: In season 6, Diane says that her parents didn't name her until she was four years old. Likely a line written to fix this mistake, but it's still canonical and explains the apparent discontinuity.
Corrected entry: In the scene when the party comes up from the underground base you can see the lights from a city that still lives, in the background. (00:34:30)
Correction: The characters mention that the city looks like it's alive and lit up. Part of the story, not a mistake.
Crisis on Earth-X, Part 3 - S4-E8
Corrected entry: Turns out Oliver was handed an unloaded weapon by evil Quentin. But Oliver's handled enough weapons in his time to know that a gun with no bullets is noticeably lighter than one with, and would have realised the ruse immediately, certainly not then trying to threaten Quentin-X with it.
Correction: It was an unfamiliar weapon from another universe. He wouldn't know its mass.
Rabbit Hole - S5-E10
Corrected entry: The DEA agent shows his DEA badge on his belt to Antonio and Hailey. However, the DEA badge shown is silver with the eagle's head pointing to the left. An actual DEA badge is gold and the eagle's head points to the right. (00:12:00)
Correction: All the DEA badges I've seen have the eagles head pointing to the left. And DEA Task Force agents have silver badges. Gold is Special Agent.
Corrected entry: In the first flashback scene, Henry enters the room when young Abe is playing the piano. He calls him "Evan" but correctly calls him Abe when he leaves the room.
Correction: He calls him Abraham, which is real name instead of the nickname Abe. There is a character in this episode, Pepper Evans, but Henry never calls his son by the wrong name.
Corrected entry: During the attack on the alien compound the Humanich called Lucy calls Molly Woods "Halle" - this is her real name, not the character's name. (00:07:05)
Correction: I watched this with others and we hear Lucy say "Molly" not "Halle".
Corrected entry: In the beginning of one scene Riley is tied in ropes. Then it zooms in on her and the ropes have moved up. It changes shots and now the ropes are lower than before.
Correction: This is too vague. What episode is this from?
Corrected entry: Eph states the wrong name for his son. Instead of saying Zach, he says Ben.
Correction: In what episode and in what scene? This is far too general a statement.
Corrected entry: Henry and Elizabeth discuss giving political asylum to Henry's student. They refer to President 'Ostrov' as being the current Russian president, even though Ostrov died in an earlier episode. (00:17:00 - 00:18:00)
Correction: After President Ostrov died, his wife won the election making her *also* President Ostrov.
Corrected entry: When Bruce erects his pile of stones in the forest for his parents, one has the initials TW for Thomas Wayne, but instead of the other bearing the initials MW for Martha Wayne, it shows BW, as in Bruce Wayne. (00:23:30)
Correction: The pile of stones were not for his parents, nor was it a pile made that day. The hike was a tradition of Thomas and Bruce and during their hike they would collect a rock to add to their pile. So it's Bruce's pile and Thomas' pile. The size of the pile indicated how many times they went on the hike together. The scene is meant to convey Bruce's loneliness and loss. This is why Alfred does not go with Bruce (because it was only a hike he and his father took) and this is why after Bruce picked up the first stone, he pauses before picking up a second stone. The first stone was for his pile and he latter decides to pick up one for his father. Bruce's anger over the loss of his father is seen in his tantrum when he starts to throw the stones from the piles.
Corrected entry: When Paige and Walter are in the balloon, Paige is blacking out due to lack of oxygen. Happy, over the radio, gives her instructions, and when there's no confirmation, she yells "Dineen!" (the actress who plays Paige).
Correction: No. Dineen is the character Paige's last name. The actress that plays Paige is Katharine McPhee.
Corrected entry: In the scene where Jack chases Chloe and Adrian with with the device into the London Underground at Liverpool Street Station, Kate tells Jack that a Circle Line train was stopped and 2 passengers left the train, yet Chloe and Adrian actually got into a Central Line train.
Correction: They went onto a Circle line train. The hand rails were yellow. Central line trains have red hand rails.
Correction: They've set up multiple evaporators and stills to process the water from other liquids. While not sufficient to provide for a crew of hundreds, when there is no option, one must try anything.
