Continuity mistake: When M arrives to see Mallory, a bag is placed on the ground near her seat. It is still there just as she stands up and grabs her coat. In the next shot, the bag is gone and she walks out without it.
Continuity mistake: Jokers truck is destroyed when it flips. Shortly after, Nero is seen driving Jokers truck with the tank turret on it as opposed to the 4 barrel style gun on the back of his truck.
Continuity mistake: Bryan is cornered in an Istanbul alley and engages in fierce hand-to-hand combat with Albanian gangsters. Bryan takes one of the gangsters hostage, holds a gun to the gangster's face and threatens to kill him. Another gangster doesn't even hesitate to shoot Bryan's hostage in the back multiple times, and the guy drops down dead at Bryan's feet. Bryan is frozen on the spot. Camera cuts to another Albanian gangster entering the alley, holding Lenore hostage. Camera cuts to close up of Bryan, who quickly calls his daughter Kim to warn her. Camera cuts back to a full view of the alley, and the dead guy at Bryan's feet has completely vanished.
Continuity mistake: Just before Steve Hadley is killed by the Merman, his tie is wrapped around his neck. When the Merman attacks him, his tie is worn properly. (01:19:40)
Continuity mistake: In the cornucopia bloodbath, the District 3 girl can be seen lying dead next to Cato when he picks up the water container, yet only moments later you see her in the distance of one shot being killed by a boy tribute (being slashed to the neck).
Continuity mistake: In the first movie the "Welcome to Silent Hill" sign is on the right. In this movie it's on the left.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie when Kwon says he will take Bobo down if he ever breaks the law again, Bobo empties his glass of whisky. In the next shot when Bobo puts the glass down, it's half full. (01:25:30)

Continuity mistake: Just after the beginning, the Aussie man, walking with a tiny dog, has an ice cream in his hand that vanishes - one second it's there and the next second it's gone.
Continuity mistake: When Mikey wakes up from being shot, Sunny has on a pair of green/black Mechanix gloves.When they get in the SWCC boats, and is talking to Rosland Sanchez, his gloves are black/white Mechanix gloves.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Cohaagen's team break into the train station, some of them enter through the top windows. It was previously established that the atmosphere in that area was unbreathable, but Cohaagen and the rest of the crew move around just fine without the need of a mask, even though the windows to the outside are broken.
Continuity mistake: Ben Affleck gets into a 280s Mercedes driven by the Canadian Ambassador. The front screen wipers on the car are original silver chrome style and fit the screen. When they arrive at his house the wipers have now changed to much shorter modern style wipers, are black, and are the very latest frameless style first introduced in the early 2000's by Bosch. Continuity mistake: Jack tosses his beer as he's walking towards Charlotte. Then he takes the boxes but still has the beer in his left hand. When he turns around again, the beer is gone. (00:15:20)
Continuity mistake: When Frost is checking the documents at the Counterfeiters house, Frost borrows his glasses and in a quick camera shot of the Counterfeiter he is wearing them even though he has passed them to Frost.
Continuity mistake: As the guy in the car is driving into the base, Jessica excitedly runs to a dirt road and pulls out her phone to text Maya. The side shot shows the antenna is extended. It cuts to a view by her shoulder and suddenly the antenna is pushed in. (00:58:25)
Continuity mistake: When Arthur and the dog are returning from the graveyard, the dog stops to sniff at something and Arthur walks ahead a couple of steps, leaving the dog behind him. The shot changes and the dog is now in front of Arthur.
