Other mistake: The video stream displayed in the night sky showing which tributes have died after the first day does not add up correctly. They display in district order. We see the start, the girl from three (so the boy is still alive), and the boy from four with no breaks. Then they break away to show Katniss and the control room, after which they continuously show the boy and girl from seven, the boy from eight (so the girl is still alive), the girl from nine (so the boy is still alive), and then fade to the end. We know that Foxface, the girl from five, dies later in the movie. Even if we assume that during the portion not shown, the girl from four, the boy from five, and both tributes from six are dead, that's only a total of ten. Thirteen are supposed to be dead at that point in the movie. (01:16:20)
Other mistake: When Alex Hopper is being tasered and arrested for robbing the convenience store, you can see his shirt is almost clean on his back. But he fell on the bottles and sodas rack in the store, the shirt should have stains.
Other mistake: The caption onscreen when the C.I.A. Headquarters are shown reads "Langely, Virginia". It should be Langley. [Might be Netflix only].
Other mistake: In the scene with the crashed escape pod, everything inside is upended with books and stuff strewn everywhere. Yet there is a bottle of Vodka sitting perfectly upright on the bar in the background.
Other mistake: In the opening scene where Moneypenny is holding the rifle, you can see the flash suppressor was installed upside down. The 'slots' are on the bottom. (00:10:35)
Other mistake: The video game company NAMCO Bandai is misspelled twice as "NAMECO Bandai" in the end credits, although fixed in the home video version.
Other mistake: When Catwoman and Batman are fighting Bane's henchmen on the rooftop, pay close attention to the guys in the background right before Batman knocks Catwoman's gun away: you can see that the henchman well out of Batman's reach on the far left falls over like he's been hit by a punch, but he couldn't be. Also, no gunshots are heard at that point, so he couldn't have been shot either. (00:53:30)
Other mistake: When Melina picks up Quaid on "I19", the car seat is an integral part of the door. When Quaid gets out of the car after crashing on the street, the seat is an integral part of the chassis.
Other mistake: When J is falling from the Chrysler building, the soles of his CGI shoes are completely black, brand new and spotless, which is impossible unless he got up there flying or changed his shoes in mid-air. (00:36:00)
Other mistake: Bryan's daughter Kim has an iPhone - when you see the phone she has no signal, but is able to make calls from the phone. This happens twice.
Other mistake: Big animals are small and small animals are big on the island, but Alexander has fireflies in a jar at his treehouse. If animal sizes are reversed on the island, the fire flies should be very large, similar to the bees that show up later in the movie.
Other mistake: When Aaron Cross watches the wolf pack take down a caribou early in the movie, and we get a through the scope view. Amazingly he does this with the lens covers closed.
Other mistake: After John kills the Crypt Eater master, the camera quickly zooms away through the grave yard. You can see two graves close together have the exact same tombstone bearing the name Anthony Miller, born 1955. (00:48:50)
Other mistake: When Alice pushes in the new magazine, she doesn't pull back on the slide, meaning the gun doesn't have a new bullet in the chamber, thus is unable to shoot.
Other mistake: To save Sunshine from the general, Dex pulls on a rug to make sure the general falls backwards. However, Sunshine was also sitting on a chair on the same rug, but both her and the chair are unaffected by the rug being pulled. (01:14:05)
Other mistake: In the scene where James Barr is shown shooting the four men during the war his rifle movement is inconsistent with where the targets were. He took aim at the man furthest away in a line. His rifle would have to move down as he shot each person moving down the line. Instead his rifle moves down then up and up again etc. Even if the targets decided to run after the first shot the rifle movement is inconsistent.
Other mistake: After the medical student leaves the unconscious co-pilot to one of the other passengers to watch while he goes to the bathroom, she notices his hands grow cold after a bit. It is only then they realise he has stopped breathing, and then get a defibrillator out and are successfully able to use it to revive him with CPR as well. However if he has stopped breathing for long enough that his hands have started to get cold, he would already be way too far gone to be able to be revived.
Other mistake: The shot before Dredd tells Anderson the terms of the assessment is flipped: you can tell because the judges walking in the corridor have their badges pinned to the right side: with every other judge in every scene of the movie, it's on the left side. (00:10:25)
Other mistake: In hospital, Maria's oxygen mask has a kink in the line near her mouth, which would mean she wouldn't be getting any oxygen at all - or very little.
Other mistake: The Wolverines football team is playing a home game, as evidenced by their opponents departing on buses, yet they are wearing their away white uniforms.
Suggested correction: Throughout the history of the sport, many NCAA, NFL, and highschool teams have used white as their home colors. The Chiefs, Dolphins, Eagles, and Cowboys were all well known for wearing white at home during the 80s.
