Continuity mistake: When the chopper arrives at the fairground and starts to land, the fire on the ground from the burning car suddenly vanishes. You could say that the chopper blew it out, except when it takes off again the fire is back. (01:25:50)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Cohaagen's team break into the train station, some of them enter through the top windows. It was previously established that the atmosphere in that area was unbreathable, but Cohaagen and the rest of the crew move around just fine without the need of a mask, even though the windows to the outside are broken.
Continuity mistake: When Frost is checking the documents at the Counterfeiters house, Frost borrows his glasses and in a quick camera shot of the Counterfeiter he is wearing them even though he has passed them to Frost.
Continuity mistake: As the guy in the car is driving into the base, Jessica excitedly runs to a dirt road and pulls out her phone to text Maya. The side shot shows the antenna is extended. It cuts to a view by her shoulder and suddenly the antenna is pushed in. (00:58:25)
Continuity mistake: The homeless beggar at the entrance of Peach Trees gets splattered by the blast doors closing, creating a pool of blood on the ground. When they open again at the end of the film there is no blood or body.

Continuity mistake: When Selene gets to the parking garage, she is wearing her skin tight outfit and is only armed with her guns. But from out of nowhere, she suddenly pulls out a grenade. Her outfit has no pockets and it was not attached/hanging from her outfit.
Continuity mistake: Snow White's feet move closer together when she is lying 'dead' as the huntsman mourns her.
Continuity mistake: Ben is shown in his office and he gets off the phone with someone, saying "8:00 AM is fine, I'll be here." After the talk, he removes his head piece and sighs. You can see his right arm and shoulder are positioned so it is down at his side. Floyd knocks on the door and opens it, and the camera cuts to behind Ben. Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Frank Harper is seen getting in to a dark blue 1997 R reg Jaguar driven by Craig Fairbrass. After driving for a bit and a conversation they exit the vehicle and set light to the car. As it starts to burn and they walk away, you can see that the car is now a dark green 1996 N reg Jaguar.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Will is wounded and riding on the back of a moped with Lucia, Jean steps out of her vehicle to try and shoot Will. At this time, she is wearing her black sunglasses as she points a pistol at Will. A Spanish cop steps in the way, and she can't take the shot. Her glasses are still on. In the next shot with her, she is watching them ride away and she looks disappointed, sunglasses still on. Shot cuts to Will and Lucia escaping, and then back to Jean. Jean is still in the same position with same look on her face, but suddenly she is not wearing her sunglasses. She shakes her head and says "Lucky" while putting on her sunglasses now, as if for the first time. (00:48:35)
Continuity mistake: When Maria and Lucas hear a boy crying out, Lucas rushes ahead, leaving Maria, who is badly injured in her right leg, to lag behind. But when Lucas reaches the boy, Maria is right beside them.
Continuity mistake: When the Wolverines are attempting to get "the box", the Matt Eckert character is shooting through a window. When we see his point of view, there are blinds in the way of the camera, however every time it shows the actor, the blinds are open.
Continuity mistake: Celeste's white Honda (Alabama plate #LF8VN3D) is riddled with bullets right after she drives up to the cabin, but there aren't any bullet holes later after the police show up. (01:26:00 - 01:45:00)
Continuity mistake: While he is copulating with Laurence, François Monge receives a phone call from his boss about the murder case in Bobigny. To shush his vocal partner, he gives her a slap on the shoulder, but he does it with the right hand in the view from behind, and the left hand in the full frontal. (00:08:55)
