Continuity mistake: Hydell (the crazy brother) locks The Warden in the airlock. He begins to write "BI BI" in the condensation on the glass. The positioning of the letter 'I' in the first "BI" changes as the camera switches inside the airlock. It is now touching the first letter 'B'. Also the second letter 'B' is now much neater. Continuity mistake: When Carter is in the interview room with Allen he looks at the clock and it reads 09.30am after Regan releases him Regan goes to the Sweeney office and sits at his desk, Carter looks at his watch and it says 09.00. (00:54:10 - 00:58:30)
Continuity mistake: When Luke grabs a beer from the mini bar in the hotel, there's a lot of beer foam in the top of the bottle. In the next shot, when Luke's sitting on the bed, the foam is gone without taking a first sip.
Continuity mistake: Celeste's white Honda (Alabama plate #LF8VN3D) is riddled with bullets right after she drives up to the cabin, but there aren't any bullet holes later after the police show up. (01:26:00 - 01:45:00)
Continuity mistake: While he is copulating with Laurence, François Monge receives a phone call from his boss about the murder case in Bobigny. To shush his vocal partner, he gives her a slap on the shoulder, but he does it with the right hand in the view from behind, and the left hand in the full frontal. (00:08:55)
Continuity mistake: In the underground lab, Dr. Su offers to surgically remove the false memories he implanted in John's brain. He drills a half-inch hole in the right side of John's forehead, which leaves the right side of his face covered in flowing blood. John can't stand the pain, breaks free, and he goes on a rampage throughout the underground bunker, killing every UniSol in his path. As he fights his way through the bunker, the bleeding hole in John's head switches from the right side of his forehead to the left side, then back to the right side again. Also, in the last scene (an unspecified amount of time after the bunker brawl), John has no scar on his forehead at all.
Continuity mistake: When Bobby catches up to Wilee, he ends up having to stop at a traffic light. The two cars in front of his car are a blue car and a silver car about to park onto a curb. Yet from a wide angle, the car parking on the curb is now black, and there are no blue cars in sight. (00:14:10)
