Other mistake: In the cave, Angélica steps out of the water and in the close-up of her face her hair is dry, and even drier in the following close-up.
Other mistake: When priest is getting ready to leave the city we see him wrapping his hands in his black shirt but moments later when he pulls up his hood his hands are bare.

Other mistake: In the scene near the start as Will Atenton is being driven to his house by the property agent there is a close up of the car which shows a snow covered bonnet therefore the car would not have been driven very far as the engine was not warm.
Other mistake: When Eddie leaves his soon-to-be murdered friend's apartment, the apartment door automatically closes behind him. However, when Eddie returns, the door is ajar. It wouldn't be ajar if it were an automatically closing door.
Other mistake: When Adam picks up Emma and is leaning against his car, he pulls a "bouquet" of carrots from behind his back, but just prior he had nothing in his hands.
Other mistake: When Schmidt sets the self-destruct timer at the Hydra base, the clocks count down at twice the speed of real-time.

Other mistake: Just as the preacher finishes stitching up Jake's wound, a shot rings out from the street, and everyone goes outside to find Percy Dollarhyde drunk and shooting up the town. Percy is right-handed but holsters his 6-shooter revolver on the left, and this appears to be his only sidearm. Even if he did carry another 6-shooter, that wouldn't explain how he fires 13 shots in this scene without reloading.
Other mistake: When Walter Farris drives up in his DEA pickup, it has California plates and not federal GSA plates.
Other mistake: When the TV reporter is talking about the men in green being killed, she says dead bodies were found all through the city, at night. However she was reporting on the 7 bodies found (with the appropriate graphic). According to the newspaper, the 7 bodies were found by police in the morning, in one dumpster. Plus, we know when a thug killed a man in green he or she brought the body in, so they weren't found throughout the city. (And she wasn't reporting on bystanders being killed since she mentions they were all wearing green).
Other mistake: Spoiler alert! At the end, when the sniper shoots the killer, Eve says he is 800 yards away, but within the next 30 seconds he appears at the scene. (01:22:02 - 01:22:32)
Other mistake: When the captive begins her escape, she kicks the bed through the orange portal offscreen, but the portal only starts about a foot off the ground, so the bed would have hit the wall, rather than have gone through the portal.
Other mistake: When the evil warlock breaks his way out of the condemned house, he uses explosives to escape, but for some odd reason, the door is the only thing affected by the explosion.
Other mistake: Between the freeway battle scene and the convenience store scene; there's a transition shot where you can see the characters walking through a bombed out LA with the alien aircraft flying above. If you pay attention to them, instead of following the camera, at the end of the shot you will see them all stop moving mid-stride while everything else in the shot continues to move.
