Continuity mistake: Ava spills Coke on her blouse and creates a big circular stain. As she walks to the bathroom, the stain becomes a long narrow one. When she is leaving the pizza place, the stain is still narrow, but much shorter. (00:21:00 - 00:22:00)
Factual error: One of the naked female dancers at the party has breast implants. Although some forms of plastic surgery were known to the Romans, breast augmentation was not one of them. If you want to check for yourself she appears just after the masked dwarf moves through the shot.
Where the Wild Kings Are - S1-E5
Visible crew/equipment: When the twins are tied up in Pupaley's cave, just as they get on their knees and beg to be let go, the hand of a crew member holding the end of the rope is visible at the right of the screen. (00:19:25)
Coming Home - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: Andy and Swarek pull up to the scene of an illegal party and turn off their cruiser's flashing lights - twice.
Continuity mistake: When Stephanie runs in and sees 'Jim' on the floor there is a huge puddle of blood on the floor. When 'Jim' changes back into Amelia the puddle disappears.
Revealing mistake: Episode 15, "Faceoff": When the agent fires the hook to get to the roof of the church, it does not reach the balcony. However in a following shot you can see the agent climbing there. (00:10:05)
Continuity mistake: In the morning, Annie comes into the kitchen and says hi to her niece and nephew. Her jacket is alternately buttoned or unbuttoned. (00:39:30)
The Measure of a Manmeet - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Todd goes to spit out the lentil burger, there's a pen in the middle of the yellow notepad. In the next shot, it's off to the side and the folder above the pad is now tilted.
Mario VS Sonic (Nintendo VS Sega) - S5-E13
Continuity mistake: When Mario slams the chair shut on Sonic and kicks him away, Sonic lands face down sprawled out in the sand, and he is lying with his body almost parallel to the beach line of the water. But in the next shot as he starts to get up, his legs are now suddenly pointed towards the water. (00:15:35)
Visible crew/equipment: As Louie is being beaten up by the blonde lady, the shadow of the hand-held camera filming the scene is seen.
Plot hole: After Grant finishes her video confession, Latif puts the video recorder in his cargo pant pocket. A few scenes later, he's blown up without ever having taken the video camera out of his pocket. He was at the epicenter of the explosion and he and his clothes were very much on fire, which should have completely destroyed the video camera and its recording.
Continuity mistake: When Gary is at the end of the table talking about Golf, he's actually seated in front of the table as seen by how he grabs his cup in front of him. In the very next shot, he's no longer sitting in front of the table and is sitting past it.
Revealing mistake: When the target's iPhone rings and Christopher Chance answers it, he swipes his finger across the bottom of the screen, which is the regular gesture to answer a call on the iPhone. Trouble is that we see the screen at the time, and it's not showing an incoming call, just some sort of list - he swipes his finger over nothing of any significance at all.
Episode Two - S1-E2
Visible crew/equipment: About 20 minutes in when the boys are walking up the hill to return to the boat, as the shot is drawing close to Quinn a plant gets pushed over by the camera.
Continuity mistake: After Melissa and Rhonda get off the phone, the way Rhonda is holding her phone changes between shots, and the phone screen changes from on to off.
Continuity mistake: During the final shootout scene, Dan hides behind a Mustang when the redneck truckers are shooting at him. The right front tire gets shot out, and the car drops on the rim. The shot cuts to Dan, and the car's right front tire is again shot out. It is not a different view of the shot, it is supposed to be continuous action.
Continuity mistake: When the hostages try to get some rubble to catch fire, they find that everything is covered in some flame retardant stuff. Yet, in the very first episode one of the very first things they do is to make a small fire to get the fire alarm going.
Factual error: The Merchant Navy rank insignia is very poorly researched. Each officer seems to have a different style of insignia, despite working for the same company and they incorrectly wear rank insignia on the shoulders of their blue uniforms as well as the cuffs. The main character, Junior Third Officer Mortimer, wears a bizarre mix of insignia, apparently consisting of a Royal Navy petty officer's sleeve badge, a Royal Navy chief petty officer's cuff buttons, and a rank badge of three inverted chevrons on his shoulder boards that doesn't seem to resemble anything from reality. In reality, he should simply wear a single cuff ring (or shoulder bar in white uniform).
Continuity mistake: In episode 3 or 4, one of the characters is knocked out and lying on the floor in the Russian sub. He is on the 'left' side of the shot most times he is shown, but occasionally he's on the right.
Funny Money - S1-E10
Factual error: The characters travel to Cyprus where they are seen driving on the right hand side of the road, when in Cyprus they drive on the left.
