Continuity mistake: When Gary is at the end of the table talking about Golf, he's actually seated in front of the table as seen by how he grabs his cup in front of him. In the very next shot, he's no longer sitting in front of the table and is sitting past it.
Factual error: The show is supposed to be taking place in NYC, however its clear by the shooting locations that its shot in Toronto. This can also be seen very by the various signs throughout the city that are not found in the US and are very Canadian in nature, such as the Do Not Enter and One Way.
Continuity mistake: When we first see the living room, there are three half-gallon jugs of milk on the coffee table. In the next shot, two of them have disappeared.
Factual error: When Dr. Rosen is checking Dani's phone for a number, it is shown slowly scrolling without him physically swiping, which is not a feature of the iPhone. (00:22:00)
Continuity mistake: When the team is on the rooftop examining the bullet path of the sniper, there is a man on an adjacent rooftop taking photos. The pictures on the camera are slightly different than the people he's shooting such as the position of the people and a brown sign seen in the first two pictures above the blue door behind them.
Continuity mistake: When Rachel is examining the shell casing of the .30 calibre bullet, when we first pan over to her sitting in her office and on her desk is a Newtonian Collision Balls swinging back and forth. When the camera shot changes to a closer shot, its stationary and no longer moving.
Factual error: When is the team watching the surveillance footage of the man being shot in the police station, the video suddenly goes out from the laptop. Gary explains later as he fixes it that it was the VGA port however when we see the back of the TV, there was no VGA cable hooked up, just some standard RCA cables.
