However, we get a perfect view of her as she concentrates to take the snap (looking very serious and studious, barely showing her teeth), but when we see the picture she is wearing a classic toothy smile right across her face. Leaning, Lobsters and Lectures - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: Buddy is doing a lobster themed cake for a bachelor party. When Buddy goes in to tell the staff, there is a huge cake 3 tiers high being worked on, almost complete, on the table in the background. As he makes the parts for the lobster cake the cake in the back has fewer tiers, no decorations, no icing, and back again, completely out of order.
'This Is America' or 'Fifty Bucks' - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: When Ray is talking to his son in the hallway outside of the detention room, his son has his arms out in front of him when the shot is from behind, but in the next shot facing him, his arms and body are in different positions.
Underwater - S4-E2
Continuity mistake: Sammy Bryant has been a three stripe Sergeant throughput the series. In this episode's roll call he's wearing two stripes.
Love Blurts - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: When Ted's talking about saying "I Love You" after sex, we see a flashback to the previous evening, him rolling over and saying it, then it cuts. He then talks about making it worse - we see the same scene again, this time not cutting afterwards, except it's not the same scene. The first time the duvet was down to his date's waist, the second time it stays up by her chest.
Continuity mistake: Before Hatter leans towards Alice for a kiss, his hands were by his side. But in the next shot, his hands are already on her waist.
Continuity mistake: In the pilot, when Deb wakes up in Jane's body in the ER and notices her reflection she puts her left hand up to her new face, but in the closeup of her reflection it's not reversed as it should be. This mistake is visible in the opening shots of every episode for the duration of the series.
Continuity mistake: When the girl working in the hospital sees a man from her flash forward, she runs after him carrying several hospital client files. As she runs through the hospital stopping people, the files magically disappear from her arms.
Continuity mistake: In episode 1, The Draft, they show The Draft board in multiple scenes, allowing the viewers a glimpse into the rosters of most of the members of the league. In episode 3, Sunday at Ruxin's, Andre thanks Frank Gore and Andre Johnson for helping lead his team to a victory over Kevin. The mistake is that Andre did not draft either of those players; Gore was drafted by Vince, and Johnson was drafted by Ruxin. No way they traded those guys in week 2.

Continuity mistake: In the first scene, when Sam asks everyone what time work starts, Patrick is seen taking off his jacket. In the next shot, his jacket is completely off, with no time for him to have taken it off between shots.
Episode #1.4 - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Mr. Knightley has just confessed his love for Emma. She is about to kiss him and is holding his face with both of her hands. Her left index finger moves from being right on his ear to being behind it and further down on top of his hair. (00:48:40)
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the courtroom towards the end where Alicia is talking to the security guard who is in the witness stand, he glances over at the jurors. When they cut back to the jurors a few seconds later, they are wearing different coloured shirts. (00:33:30)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie & Zoe are sat outside having lunch, the same two people in brown trench coats walk around the side of the building into shot on two separate occasions.
Continuity mistake: During the funeral, 2 is hit with a rock thrown by a young boy. In subsequent shots, the wound on his forehead changes size and configuration several times.
