Audio problem: At the end of the movie, when Cassie says, "This case is the key to bringing down Division", her mouth doesn't move at all.
Other mistake: In the scene with the plane that is attacked by the mega shark and subsequently crashes, the camera focuses on one character in particular- a man who states he is "getting married in a few days". It is assumed when the plane crashes that everyone on board dies, yet in the very next scene this man walks behind Deborah Gibson's character as an extra.
Character mistake: When Bower is banging on Payton's hyper sleep chamber from the outside it says Payton, but when it cuts to looking from inside out, it says Bower.
Deliberate mistake: When Bender wins the poker tournament with five kings, Leo Wong holds up five fingers (on one hand). But all the characters in Futurama only have four fingers on each hand. (Confirmed on DVD commentary).
Audio problem: Drake places the tea kettle on the stove having just finished pouring the water into his cup. The kettle whistle dies down as he places it on the unheated burner. The problem is that the whistling would've stopped soon after lifting the kettle from the hot burner, and certainly wouldn't have gone on while he was pouring. (00:57:10)
Factual error: Despite the film building to a climax during a total solar eclipse, which requires a New Moon, the film constantly shows a Full Moon, which never changes phase over the weeks the film takes place.
Other mistake: As Viggo Mortensen narrates, it's been years since every crop and animal has died. Trees have been dead so long they're rotting where they stand and falling over with a stiff wind or slight tremor. Yet, in the woods, there are always fallen leaves on the ground which ought to have long ago decomposed, rain or no rain. Obviously, they can't sweep out the whole forest to make a movie.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning during the cheerleader show the cheerleader to the right of Jennifer have her left leg stretched right, covering her right knee which is also somewhat turned right, in the next shoot, supposed to be just a change of the point of view, the same cheerleader have her left leg now straight to the left.
Plot hole: Early in the movie, the principal from Precious' school buzzes Mary's apartment intercom to talk to Precious about alternative education. In order to hear what the teacher is saying Precious has to press the 'Listen' button, but occasionally the teacher can be heard speaking through the intercom even when Precious isn't holding the listen button.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film, when Elsa and Clive are burning Dren's things, Elsa finds some drawings that Dren did of her. When she first pick up the pile, there are four drawings in her hands. When the camera pans out, instantly there are several more.
Continuity mistake: When Cole fills the water jug at the creek, it is only about a fourth full of water when he caps it and hands it to Captain Burroughs. A moment later as they are walking away, the jug is almost completely full of water. (00:18:50)
Character mistake: At the end Chris Kline calls Chun-Li "Lana".
Plot hole: Van Ryberg is told that the terra forming plant had C4 laid everywhere, and that it just needed someone to go in there and set it off. Firstly, what Van Ryberg finds is dynamite, not C4, and he also tells Madison and the Doctor that they only have ten seconds to get out. If the timer was already running, then there was no need for anyone to go into the plant to set off the explosives.
Other mistake: When the Amazons interrogate Steve they don't know the meaning of the word "crap" yet they know one of the definitions of the word "rack."
Suggested correction: Just because they understand some slang, doesn't mean they should understand all slang.
Well if they're an ancient race then how do they know of the use of the word rack regarding female anatomy? One of them went out into the modern world and learned this? Hera tell them this? Maybe they got internet or a modern dictionary?
Well obviously they know stuff about the modern world. Diana could speak Dutch fluently, not Old Dutch either, but modern Dutch. So they do get information or else she wouldn't have known that. This would include slang.
Revealing mistake: When Steven Seagal makes his triumphant entrance in the credits, his sword misses the first zombie he supposedly hacks (right after "Written by"), by a mile. (00:03:20)
Continuity mistake: The position of the rifle David [Val Kilmer] dropped was at a different angle after he backed up and then walked toward it. (00:05:38)
