Continuity mistake: A spirit knocks Christine over and gives her a bloody lip. Her boyfriend tends to her lip, which is very swollen. As she sleeps, there is a close up of a fly going into her mouth between her lips that are not swollen at all. After she swallows the fly, she sits up and her bottom lip is swollen again. (00:37:05)
Continuity mistake: Claire sits on a blanket and empties a bag of stuff on it. Then it seems empty when she takes it from the ground to hand it over to Henry. The stuff would have sounded and the blanket is to light when she takes it from the ground to hand it over to Henry.
Continuity mistake: At Jenny's birthday she receives two dictionaries, and one is unopened (the one from the boy). After David arrives with the presents, Jenny says that there's no space on the table, and then we can see both dictionaries are without the wrapping paper.
Continuity mistake: During the shoot-out at the Guggenheim, each of the assailants is using so many bullets that they would have needed huge bags to carry all the magazines.

Continuity mistake: When Seth Rogan and Adam Sandler are driving back to L.A. the vehicle stick shift is in park. When they arrive in L.A. Adam Sandler shifts it back into park.
Continuity mistake: When Sam 2 places Sam 1's helmet on his head before placing him back into the damaged rover, the faceplate is still blood-spattered and dirt-smeared, obscuring Sam 1's face. However, when Sam 1 is settled into the seat in the rover, the faceplate is very clean and his face is visible.
Continuity mistake: People are often shown listening to the radio at completely different times of day to the times shown on the boat.
Continuity mistake: In the scene after Black and Cera become guards for the city of Sodom, they are told to line up in formation. Cera's character claims to not have a sword but when they are walking outside to line up you can see he has a sword in his scabbard.
Continuity mistake: When Rebecca is trying to get her papers out of her bag, Luke holds his hand out for her to hand them to him. The shot changes as Rebecca turns around, and suddenly Luke isn't holding out his hand anymore.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Babe Ruthless is the jammer in the last seconds of her first derby she scores 4 points, as the announcer is telling the spectators, the shot goes to Babe skating around the track with arms in air, and the jammer star helmet cover she was wearing is missing. In the next shot she skates up to her coach and the helmet cover has reappeared.
Continuity mistake: When the bank teller counts out the $800 near the start, from her point of view the bills are all in a very neat pile, but from the other angle they're slightly splayed out.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the couples first attend Couples Skill Building, they are asked to line up on the beach. While walking off the deck and onto the beach, Cynthia removes her shoes (high heeled wedges), however the next shot when they are on the beach shows Cynthia wearing her shoes again. (00:34:00)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning, when Lucy is a guest at Blanche's house for the meatloaf dinner, notice what everyone is wearing, the table, etc. At the end of the movie there is another meatloaf dinner scene at Blanche's house and every single thing is identical to the first meatloaf dinner scene. Everyone is wearing the exact same clothing, eating the exact same food, drinking the exact same beer and wine, etc, and the only difference is Lucy being out of the picture with an empty place setting at the table. Continuity mistake: When Max is going to get K.W. just prior to the Dirt Clod War, his hood is down. When he returns to Carol and Douglas, (just prior to being hit with a dirt clod) his hood is up.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Avery and Kayla confront Lina at her locker, as the shots change, so does Lina's position. She goes from leaning against the locker, to standing close it. Her arms are also crossed/uncrossed as the shots change.
Continuity mistake: 21 minutes and 30 seconds into the film, Dorian enters Cibyl's dressing room holding his hat and what seems to be the program to the performance (that he has just watched with Cibyl in it). A few seconds later, Dorian has only his hat. Seconds later, he has the piece of paper and his hat in his hand again. Dorian did not sit down anywhere or go near anything that he could have put the "program" down on to be picked up again a few seconds later. (00:21:30 - 00:22:00)

Continuity mistake: After the cake is destroyed Jenny is attempting to fix it. As she and Brad are talking, the camera switches angles viewing Jenny from the front and side. In the shot facing her, her hands are covered in cake icing, but in the side view there is little to no cake icing. It is continuous throughout the scene. (01:06:25)
