Other mistake: When Iron Man and Iron Monger are fighting, Iron Man catches the SUV, and you can see the family inside the car. Although the car is completely vertical, the hair of the people in the car seems to defy gravity.
Other mistake: When one of the agents is ambushed by the Tooth Fairies he is reduced to a skeleton, with his teeth still visible. However, it was earlier stated that Tooth Fairies start by eating the teeth, then finish off the rest of a body.
Other mistake: During the Battle of Teth (the pillared jungle planet), the AT-TE's shoot the ledge at the top and there's not a single mark on the ledge afterwards, despite being hit with several joules worth of fire.
Other mistake: When Dennis Quaid fires his SIG-Sauer P229 pistol on the bad guys under the over-pass, he fires 28 shots from a 10-12 round pistol without reloading.
Other mistake: In the final scene, where Ben realises he's inside the mirror world, everything is mirrored. However, the word ECNALUBMA is visible on the ambulance. Since the word ambulance is always written mirrored on ambulances, it should have shown AMBULANCE.
Other mistake: Whenever you get a look at the highways, they're clean. At this point in the future vegetation would've gathered on the highways.
Other mistake: In the scene where Ashton Kutcher hits the 3 million dollar progressive jackpot, he only puts one quarter in the slot machine, but the machine payoff schedule shows that two quarters are need to hit the progressive.
Other mistake: When Mutt is riding his motorcycle the first time he meets Indy at the train station, his hand is pulling in the clutch as he rides. But with the sound and speed of the bike, the clutch would have to be out.
Other mistake: When Tiara hands Sharpay the bag with the latte you can see that there is nothing in the bag, especially at the end of the scene when Sharpay tosses the bag behind her back. It would have spilled if there really was a latte in there.
Other mistake: In the scene where Carrie is reading bits of love letters to Big, she reads from a letter from Napoleon to Josephine and uses the line "I awake consumed with you". In Napoleon's actual letter he wrote "I awake filled with you" and for a brief moment you see the book Carrie is reading from, which shows the correct text. (00:22:05)
Other mistake: When Dr. Pincus looks at the three laxative bottles, there's a close-up of one of the bottles. The label on the bottle reads "Take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water" and "Qty: 50". Doesn't sound like a label for a liquid solution. (I noticed this in normal playback then paused to confirm it.) (00:09:10)
Other mistake: Bryan is recording as his daughter is being taken. When Marko comes on the phone, Bryan unplugs the phone from the recorder to speak with Marko. So, he actually didn't record him saying "Good Luck" yet. On the plane, Marko says it on the recorder.

Other mistake: When the setup for the first match is announced, the Ram is said to fight Tommy Rotten "for the strap", which is pro wrestling slang for a belt, meaning it was a title match. But after the match, which he won legitimately, The Ram is not announced as a new champion, nor is he ever referred to as such, and no belt is given to him after the match.
Other mistake: Virtually all the text in the various articles and reports in this movie are fake. Look at the John Kramer article at the very beginning, even at first glance you can tell it's an article about pilgrims or something and has nothing to do with John Kramer. Also, when Staham is going through the articles he found on Hoffman's sister, you can very plainly see that every article (there are a few) is just the same typed out story copied and pasted into various formats. (This doesn't even require slow motion, just pay attention.) (00:11:45)
Other mistake: When Walt and Thao go into the barbershop, the barber gets up and puts on his barber jacket and zips it up. As the camera returns to the barber each time, the jacket zipper is at a different location.
