Other mistake: The way Chris finds the phone is impossible: the phone magically slips from under the bed, so it's within Chris's eyesight.
Other mistake: It makes no sense that the tartan that Collin's mother puts on the wedding dress does not match the tartan that Colin is wearing at the Highland Games. Clan tartans are a big deal in Scotland so this makes no sense.
Other mistake: When the guy is playing a computer game in the second scene, he complains to one of his teammates not following orders. He is seen with his hands away from his keyboard, yet his character in the game is moving about. (00:03:00)
Other mistake: In the dinner shootout scene, The Punisher hangs from a chandelier upside down using his legs, and starts shooting people while spinning for about 20 seconds, but there is no apparent force which makes him spin so much in the first place; he doesn't even make a "first turn" with his body in order to start spinning. Other mistake: When Chris and Ben are at their construction site talking about Andrea's secret bank account, Ben is making chalk marks on the floor of the construction site while Chris holds a tape measure, however, no chalk marks appear on the ground where Ben is marking them.
