Revealing mistake: Underdog's first costume is supposed to be a felted down (the more accurate term would be fulled) wool sweater. When wool is felted the stitches lose clear definition and usually achieve a "felted" look. It is clear that the sweater in the movie has just been switched for another smaller sweater as the stitches are still sharply defined after it has been pulled from the dryer. This is especially clear around the U. No attempt to make the smaller sweater look "felted" was made. This refers to the original costume with the solid white U, not the second costume with the yellow outlined U.
Factual error: If you pay attention to the backgrounds of the scene where Frank is in the airport and when Frank is being arrested as he walks from the church, you can see two cars pass by which weren't produced until at least 2000.
Continuity mistake: When Joe gets injured and he insists the back-up quarterback goes in, he takes his wristband with all the plays on it off, so it can be given to the back-up. Continuity mistake: When Anne is running along Camden Place with the houses on the right, as she stops to talk with Harriet there is a gentleman with a walking cane and lady on each side walking ahead of them. As Anne starts to run away the camera faces her as she is looking along Camden Place from the reverse angle i.e. with the houses on the left, the gentleman and ladies are now behind when they should be out of shot behind the camera. Continuity mistake: When Snow White rips off her sleeves she has a tattoo on her right shoulder. Later, when she calls the animals to attack the guards, the tattoo is gone.
Continuity mistake: In the last battle scene, Serafina kills one soldier by flying down from the sky and kicking him. In one of the shots, a body of a dead witch is a few meters behind this soldier. Other mistake: Eddie comes to see Tom at the bathroom clean-up job and convinces Tom to confide in him. Eddie tells Tom that he'll, "See what Wallace knows". There is no character named "Wallace" - he was supposed to say "Vargas", the investigator on the case. The subtitles correctly reference Vargas.
