Factual error: There are a number of computers and gadgets shown which were not introduced in early 2002, i.e. HP LaserJet 1320 Printer at Asra's place, HP Color LaserJet shown at the consulate, Acer Notebook used in investigation, and the Nokia 1100 cellphone used by Captain.
Factual error: In the beginning of the film, a variety of different suitors are presented to Elizabeth. Amongst them are Eric XIV of Sweden, reportedly "still madly in love [with her]". Even though he was born the same year as Elizabeth; when this film takes place, in 1585, he had already been dead for 8 years.
Continuity mistake: In the opening of the movie, when Rusty and Danny are flying back to visit Rueben, you see them boarding a Gulfstream G200. However, the interior shots actually show them flying in a Gulfstream 5 (probably the one on the ramp next to the G200 when they exit the aircraft).
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Tom Cruise show the map of Iran the folder disappears and then reappears on the desk.
Continuity mistake: When the guy and girl are sitting in the car, they put the newspaper with duct tape up on the window but later on both the duct tape and newspaper are gone.
Continuity mistake: At the start, Tillman is reaching into the water with his right arm, as seen from the crocodile's perspective. But seen from above surface, he is reaching with his left arm.
Continuity mistake: When Ben and Gwen are fighting off aliens on Incarcecon, right after the tetramand destroys the hoverboard, the Omnitrix is missing from Ben's wrist.
Factual error: The Commissioner's secretary, a police constable, wears a shoulder number consisting of four digits only. Metropolitan Police constables' shoulder numbers always have two letters above three digits.
Visible crew/equipment: When Gina says she's leaving home, there's a metal ball behind her. On the top right corner a stage light is reflected.
Revealing mistake: During the film, the Nike tick on the Arsenal shirt is a reversed tick, revealing a flipped shot.
Continuity mistake: In the study there is a large beige rug, which encompasses most of the room and has furniture on it, that moves farther away from the step up to the doorway as the scenes progress.
Other mistake: Right at the beginning of the movie, when Lewis's real mum picks him up from the box and hugs him, it's no more than three seconds before she hears Lewis from the future slipping on the step. She gets scared and puts baby Lewis back in the box. When Wilbur takes Lewis to meet his mum, near the end of the movie, the time his mum holds the baby is more than twenty five seconds.
Revealing mistake: At the end, there is a group of people with their backs to the camera, facing & waving to the Fantastic 4. As the F4 fly towards the camera and out of the shot, the crowd turns to continue waving to them. One small boy in white remains facing the wrong way, still waving, until another child grabs the back of his clothes & turns him to face the right way.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the movie, Rachel lies down in the shade of a billboard on the side of the road. When they cut to the wide shot the shadow of the billboard is on the opposite side so Rachel is in sunlight. This might have symbolized the passing of time, but in the next shot, when Harlen comes to wake her, she is in the shade again.
Revealing mistake: In the opening scene, the little girl pulls the cake over to her with only a few fingers which is near impossible. When the camera angle shifts and she lets go of the cake, it still wiggles as if she's pulling on it, showing that it's being controlled from the other side, most likely by an off-camera crew member. (00:01:25)
Visible crew/equipment: You can see a member of the crew walk by inside Monk's house when Elizabeth and Monk are sitting outside of his home talking about their future plans together.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning, the undercover cop says the combination is 666. But the lock has a 4 digit combination.
Factual error: When challenged by Henry Lowe, Professor Tolson begins to recite the infamous William Lynch speech. However, the speech was proved to be a hoax that was actually written in the 1990s. No text could have existed at the time of this scene for Tolson to quote.
Revealing mistake: By the end of the movie, when Jamie Foxx is holding the dying Arabian cop, you can see that Jamie's neck injury looks extremely false.
Deliberate mistake: Loch Ness is portrayed as a clear lake, as shown in the underwater scene. In real life, Loch Ness is so murky there is only six feet of visibility. Obviously deliberately done for the sake of the storyline.
Suggested correction: Not necessarily a mistake. Little kids can have a hard time keeping track of/focusing on things. I know little kids that have a hard time looking in the direction of the camera when their picture is being taken.

There's a difference between not looking at a camera when you don't care about having your picture taken and being able to follow superheroes that pass you, especially if you're waving at them. The reason it's a revealing mistake is because everyone involved had to pretend superheroes were passing them and the kid didn't know when to turn.
