Continuity mistake: During the fight scene near the end when Marie Antoinette tries to stab Mick he grabs her wrist, it keeps changing which wrist he is holding. When it shows from her point of view looking down he has her right, but from his point of view looking up he is holding her left.

Continuity mistake: The amount of damage to the car Kincaid is driving changes drastically between shots. Most noticeable right after he kills the motorcycle driver he does a jump and the hood and headlights break off. It cuts to the others running through the streets for a few seconds, then cuts back to him as he passes under a bridge - the front of the car is almost completely repaired as he is under the bridge, then changes back to damaged after he leaves. Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, when Star Lord is dancing to distract Ronan, Ronan is holding the hammer so the head is to his left, but when Drax shoots the hammer the head is now on his right. It changes instantly between shots. (01:41:45)

Continuity mistake: Near the end when Jeff and Lester confront "Greta" in the cage she pulls out her knife. Jeff attempts to disarm her but she cuts off his tie. She cuts it very close to the top, leaving very little around his neck, but when it cuts back to him after showing the piece hit the floor there is much more tie left.

Visible crew/equipment: When Drew and his friends are talking to Mr. Wick's mistress, when Drew takes the gun away from her you can see a crew member's back on the right side of the screen.

Continuity mistake: This movie starts in 2012 as shown on Zed's memorial, then travels back to 1969, 43 years earlier. But J tells the young K "25 years from now you're going to recruit me, and 14 years after that, the guy you didn't let me kill today..." That's only 39 years. (00:47:55)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Doug has been bubble wrapped and dumped out in front of IPS, Deacon leans over talking to him and you can see a boom mike shadow over Deacon's shadow in the background.

Continuity mistake: During the prison scene while Boss Hogg is talking to the Dukes some guy behind them in the cell keeps making fun of Boss. Boss Hogg finally pulls a hundred dollar bill out with his left hand and says he'll give it to whoever knocks that guy out. When the camera cuts behind Boss Hogg he is now holding it in his right hand, with no time to have changed hands.

Continuity mistake: In the series finale "Chuck versus the Good-Bye", Chuck and Sarah are in the Wienerlicious waiting for Quin to show up, Sarah begins rearranging the cups. There are three stacks of cups, and after she has set the third stack down, the camera cuts and she is now just reaching for the third stack. (She moved the third stack twice.)

Rebirth - S6-E1

Continuity mistake: In the first episode of season 6, "Rebirth", near the end after the real Fry comes out of the Rebirth chamber, the robot Leela says that she and the robot Fry are in love she now has the real Leela's mechanical arm device on. But she never had it before or after that shot.

Continuity mistake: During the fight between Raph and Leo, Raph breaks Leo's swords. Later when Raph gives the broken swords to Splinter they are broken much closer to the hilt then before. (00:56:40 - 01:00:25)

Continuity mistake: When Leo is chasing Nightwatcher, he throws several blades making Nightwatcher stop and look up at him. Nightwatcher steps over them and keeps running, but when Leo jumps down and follows him the blades are now gone. (00:52:00)

Factual error: Just as Hutch says the line "Oh it works" and just before the camera cuts you can see an ad for the movie MirrorMask on the back of one of the comics on the wall. That movie wasn't released until 2005, while this movie is set in 1998. (00:13:30)

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning, when Joy sees the IQ game, the two poles are close together and there is nothing directly beside it. But when she gets close and the camera changes angles the poles are now separated and a small gold toy is sitting beside it. Then when she leans down next to it the poles are still separated, but the toy is gone. (00:00:40)
