Other mistake: In the kitchen scene when Brady and Phil are looking at his derby car kit, it is supposed to be in the evening after dinner but before Brady goes to bed. Brady's watch shows 12:19 as the time during this scene.
Other mistake: Right before 'La Vie Boheme' in the Life Cafe, just after the host requests that the tables not be moved, Angel says 'Hey ROSIE, let's push these tables together.' Rosie is the name of the actress (Rosario Dawson,) the character's name is Mimi.
Other mistake: When Will Ferrell throws the javelin, it would not have gone far because it starts to tumble and the back end is falling to the ground after barely leaving his hand. When the javelin lands, it has traveled a long distance in a perfect trajectory.
Other mistake: In the scene where Johnny Cash is seen beating his first wife, there are at least two shots from behind where the "tag" on Johnny's t-shirt can be seen. However, this visible tag is one of the new Hanes tag-less tees, which clearly was not available at that time.
Other mistake: When Wallace is eating the celery, you can see that the bottom of his throat looks really weird, as if the model wasn't complete.
Other mistake: In the ending before McGivens gets ready to slit Zorro's throat, Zorro kicks McGivens 4 times. After McGivens goes forward on his face, the rope that held Zorro's hands tied is gone, nor are there pieces left behind from him cutting them.
Other mistake: At the very end, the Durmstrang ship is leaving, it's away from the 'bank', firing its cannon. And then we see the Beauxbatons girls leaving Hogwarts... Followed by Durmstrang students whose boat has already left. (02:22:00)
Other mistake: Covering the victims' bodies with layers of wax would make the figures look unnatural large. And the machine that secured the victims in seated position as it sprays then with layers of hot wax would mean the figures would have to stay in seated positions when completed.
Other mistake: Gandu 3 Echo has initials on his sleeve which read G3A. This would be fine if he was Gandu 3 Alpha, but he's not (although he should be - see the other entry relating to him). It should read G3E.
Other mistake: After Lisa escapes from the plane, the flight attendant picks up a phone to alert Airport security. Instead of dialling a number for the intercom, the flight attendant just frantically mashes at the phone several times never actually hitting any phone buttons whatsoever. Other mistake: When Andy first meets Trish, they are looking at a display of DVD players and VCRs. She points to a DVD player and says "This one looks pretty good." Andy replies, "You don't want that VCR." Although a display card has been deliberately placed in front of it to mask what it really is, the VCR appears to really be a DVD player.
Other mistake: In the scene where John is in the apartment with the cat and Angela closes the door, John then says her name to get her to reopen the door. He says the wrong name, "Rachel" (the actress' name) instead of "Angela" (the character's name).
Other mistake: When they open the bag of money and fan through it, you can see the back bill says TWELVE - as in a twelve dollar bill.
Other mistake: After talking with Everett, Julie is washing her face. But her make-up and lipstick remains on her face when it should have washed off.
Other mistake: When we see Middleton's bootprint, there is only one. There should be more than one bootprint as he goes along, even from one boot, as he walks toward the group to rejoin them.
Other mistake: Julian McMahon's real Australian accent slips through when his assistant asks him if he should rest and McMahon says, "Later. First I have some unfinished business to attend to."
Other mistake: In the scene where Jessica Alba has just cut off the guy's hand she was cuffed to and she is running around the boat, the handcuffs don't have a spot of blood on them.
Other mistake: In the opening song, the dolphins sing: "If we could just change one thing, we would all have learned to sing", however the subtitles on the DVD say "lungs to sing". As a side note, dolphins do indeed have lungs.
Other mistake: In the scene after David has sold the paintings and is talking to his single friend Morris, who throws pies in the faces of women who won't go out with him on second dates, Morris is wearing a wedding ring. (01:17:20)
