Answer: Calvin did give him a chance to cut hair. That is why Kenard had the chair in the first place. It was the people of the neighborhood who didn't want him to cut their hair, as he is new, and they have no clue if he will be good or not (just as he proved with Alderman Brown). This is the same as Isaac in the first movie. Once he proved himself by giving Jimmy a good haircut, people began choosing him.

Answer: Have you ever SEEN demon doll DNA? It's creepy! Not at all like your 'normal' DNA. Now, if you have a Barbie and Ken doll having a kid, you'd get something nice like a P.J. Doll. You mix evil, twisted, Chucky with psychopathic Tiffany and all bets are off, baby-wise. I'm surprised that Glen turned out as well as he did! And with a Cockney accent?

Question: What happened to the two girls in Dave's crew? They were at all the practices, but not in the finals.

Answer: When Dave's crew went to the finals they wanted to bring the best dancers in their group, so they apparently decided that the two girls happened to be the least strong dancing wise on his team.

Answer: His decision to retire wasn't related to this film; it just happened to be his last. He was working on other projects (mostly writing), and wanted to focus on those. He didn't "officially" announce his retirement from acting until 2008.

Answer: As the other fine answers indicated, it was multiple reasons. An additional one was his health. Hackman said his doctor told him his heart wasn't healthy enough to withstand the stress and physical rigors involved in filming movies.

raywest

Answer: It was said, that he got tired of doing movies where everything and everyone explodes and dies a bloody death.

Question: Is this movie related (ie producer, director) to the Austin Powers films? The main character's name is Scotty, and the old lady in the confessional is from Austin Powers.

Answer: There doesn't appear to be any significant overlap. Scott is hardly an uncommon name and seeing an actress from one film in another isn't exactly uncommon either - neither implies any greater link.

Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason picture

Question: In the book, Jude marries Vile Richard and Uncle Geoffrey is discovered to be gay and has a 'toy boy'. These are two major story-lines in the book, and to the films, because Jude is Bridget's best friend and Uncle Geoffrey is made out be be a sex/woman mad freak, so why were they dropped? And also, could we therefore see the story-lines in a possible third movie?

Answer: These storylines were probably cut out because they focus on secondary characters other than Bridget, which are usually the first things to go in movie adaptions of novels. Even if they had been included, it wouldn't have been more than a passing mention.

Question: Is there a list somewhere of exactly what Morgan Spurlock ate on each day? It seems that on several days, he ate more than a standard meal (you often see multiple sodas visible on desks, or he carries bags larger than a typical McDonalds' meal bag), which rather hurts the point he's trying to make.

Moose

Chosen answer: If you were going to eat at McDonald's three meals a day for 30 days, would you actually make 90 separate trips to the restaurant? I'm sure there were times that he got 2 or 3 (or more) meals at the same time and simply reheated them. As for the cups, I know lots of people with old soda cups on their desk and tons of them in their car. The crew may have had food too.

Question: When Bill Cosby tells Fat Albert about how he was inspired to create him, was it really based on a true life experience of Bill's or was it just written for the movie?

Answer: He has said in many interviews that they were based on his friends growing up. The characters of Bill and his little brother Russell, were Bill Cosby and his brother Russell. Thou the adventures were exaggerated, the characterizations were real.

Answer: No. If someone as big a star as Justin Timberlake was doing a cameo in a movie, it would be VERY well-known.

Question: Greg helps the Renegades. How does he learn their routine so fast? It was after midnight. The competition is the next day.

Answer: Some people have a photographic memory and can memorize instantly. Realistically, unless he had this type of ability, or had some previous knowledge of the routine, it's unlikely he could learn it so quickly.

Raising Helen picture

Question: What was so important about the song lyrics in the letter Lindsay gave to Helen? What didn't Jenny get when she said that Helen's letter wasn't a letter and that it was just a bunch of nonsensical lyrics?

Answer: Helen's letter was actually the lyrics to the song "Whip It" by Devo. This is the same song that Helen gives to Lindsay for her birthday, along with the funny red hats from the music video. The song is obviously a shared memory between the two sisters, and one that Jenny never was a part of. The fact that Helen's letter was just song lyrics just shows how close the sisters really were.

Sideways picture

Question: After Miles accidentally mentioned the rehearsal dinner to Maya, she asked him who's getting married and obviously (though not on camera), he told her Jack, thus starting a big fight with each other. Why did Miles tell her Jack instead of making up a random stranger he could say they knew since already slipping out info about the dinner? She would not have ever known, no fight would have taken place, and Jack would have saved face - literally.

Answer: Miles himself answers this question in the film. He tells Maya that he could have made something up, but chose to tell her the truth because he respected her and didn't want to lie.
