Other mistake: Pintel and Ragetti fire the chain link cannonball, and it hits the square rigged mast aboard Interceptor. There's a shot of two men falling from the top of the mast, just before Interceptor's mast crashes onto the Pearl. They are not part of Jack's crew, who are all accounted for aboard the Pearl later. The only one of Jack's crew to die is the Asian man, when he's stabbed by a pirate and falls overboard. Nor can they be Barbossa's crew, because they haven't boarded yet. (01:27:00)
Other mistake: Towards the end of the movie, Carmen hands a guy some 3D glasses with a crack in one of the lenses and says something like "Sorry it's the last one," but less than a minute later hands a different guy a pair of 3D glasses.
Other mistake: In the scene where Paolo leaves the stage after everyone discovers that he can't sing, his bodyguard Serge stops him and Paolo suddenly loses his Italian accent. Paolo sounds very American when he says "You work for me, Serge."
Other mistake: In the chase scene, where Johnny and Bough are chasing the hearse, when Bough and Johnny are discussing where the hearse went, Johnny says "They were heading south." Then he turns the steering wheel to his right, yet when it shows a view of the truck it turns to it's left. (00:22:15)
Other mistake: When the Angels are in the bar in Mongolia, and Alex is trying to get out of the trapdoor with Ray Carter, a guy falls over the trapdoor entrance. When Dylan tries to move him, and sits down on top of him, the trapdoor falls in. Wouldn't that crush Alex and Ray Carter? (00:04:55)
Other mistake: During the beginning of the freeway chase scene, a "Maximum Speed 65" sign can be seen along the freeway wall in the slow lane that is facing the opposite direction of traffic. Freeway traffic in that lane would only be able to see it in their rear-view mirrors. (01:25:20)
Other mistake: When the pirates are thrown off the boat by Peter, after being kissed by Wendy, the splash is not heard and they cannot be seen in the water when Peter flies up into the air.
Other mistake: In the end of the Pinata scene, one of the children looks up at the cat. No one else was supposed to see him. (00:47:10)
Other mistake: For the entire length of the movie, Bam Magera is referred to as Bam. But in the credits, his character's listed as Chad.
Other mistake: In the scene where the mutants are confronted by the police on Bobby's front porch, there is a male officer to their right and a female officer to their left. If you watch, you will notice they are aiming their guns directly at each other.
Other mistake: As they're chasing the giant fish and the ship is bouncing on the waves, we can see in some shots a major design flaw - the ship has no rudder.
Other mistake: During the fight in the outdoor market, while Jackie Chan is trying to use a wooden box to defend himself from a villain, notice that the knife the villain uses bends like rubber as it hits the box. (00:30:00)
Other mistake: Towards the beginning of the movie, Castelgard is misspelled "Castlegard" on the lab's computer screen when Doniger is first explaining everything to the soon-to-be time-travelling team.
Other mistake: Lara pulls herself up to the last step twice as she boards the boat. (00:04:15)
Other mistake: When Braz is showing the thing with the mouse in the box, the laser cuts a hole in the concrete, the steel plate and the wall. When the lasers reach the wall, a small plate falls from the wall, revealing another hole with the shape of a bottle. Where does that come from. If he tried the experiment before (explaining the second hole), wouldn't the bottle be vaporized as well? (00:30:05)
Other mistake: When Cody is learning how to talk to girls and the hologram girl is used. She tells him to "Come here." She pulls on his chin to bring him closer. You can see his skin move and his head is pulled. Holograms can not touch or grab things.
Other mistake: The Gatling guns used in the final battle scene are indiscriminate weapons. We see the warriors hit multiple times with spectacular entry and exit wounds, as well as rounds impacting with the ground leaving dust clouds. But the horses seem to be spared as if by an invisible shield.
Other mistake: During the first fight scene on the bridge, you can easily tell the difference between Yun-Fat Chow and the stuntman who does his stunts. The stuntman has a small balding spot on the back of his head and Yun-Fat does not. You can see this throughout the scene whenever the camera angles change from a closeup to a wide view. (00:02:10)
Other mistake: At the end of the film, as Kenai walks up to Koda after he's been transformed back into a bear, Koda leaps on him in joy. If you look closely at Kenai's hind legs, there are a few frames of animation missing. His legs go from a standing to a sitting position instantly. It's barely noticeable (no pun intended).
Other mistake: If the scene in which Jack Aubrey gives the order "hard a larboard" [meaning the opposite of starboard] was indeed a rudder order (ie. turn the rudder in the direction commanded, which turns the ship the other way, in this case to starboard) the face of the compass wouldn't have rotated clockwise. The compass shows a southerly course, rotates clockwise, and eases to show an easterly course, which is a 90 degree turn to port.
