Continuity mistake: Clint Eastwood is viewing the security camera tape from the store on his boat. As Graciela arrives carrying a paper bag, the scarf covering her sweater changes position at least twice.
Continuity mistake: In the third rendition of the story of what happened at Zhao, Nameless shows that his attack could have immense precision by throwing all the additional sticks in the air along with the white one. Not only does the white stick change trajectory during the scene changes, but at the end the additional sticks all seem to fly in from a barrel just out of sight instead of falling all around Nameless' sword.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where White She Devil is pursuing Undercover Brother on a motorbike, her helmet changes from one without a visor when the shot is a close-up her face, to a different helmet with a visor when the shot is from further away.
Factual error: Near the end of the film when Barnes exchanges fire with Rudy and U.S. Customs Agents, he fires eleven shots from a revolver without reloading. (01:24:05)
Factual error: At the very start of the film the words "Vienna, Austria," appear on a black screen that then fades to a city skyline. The fault is that the city shown is Florence, Italy. Very obvious due to the Duomo, (Cathedral), the tower above the Uffizi Gallery and the Ponte Vecchio, (bridge).
Continuity mistake: During the film's climax, in which the Wolf's wife Serena is on the run, CIA agent Peter Brandt tries to ambush her in an elevator. As he runs up to the elevator, we get a wide shot of him, the people waiting for the elevator, and the up/down indicator lights of the elevator. The down indicator is lit. (The shot pans down from the indicator lights as he runs up.) Cut to Elias briefly, then back to the elevator indicators. This time, neither light is on.
Continuity mistake: When Frankie leaves the restaurant to deal with the policewoman who is just writing a parking ticket it is raining and everyone on the sidewalk is carrying an umbrella, but when the camera angle changes there is not a single umbrella to be seen. And a moment later, after Angelo has been shot, even the sun is shining. (00:08:40)
Visible crew/equipment: In one of the scenes where Nia Peeples is fighting with Ja Rule and Steven Seagal, she jumps down to a lower level corridor, and you can see the pad that she or the stunt woman lands on.
Continuity mistake: When Nick Chase first logs into Shock, his password is hidden in the password field as asterisks but when he logs in the second time, he logs in and enters "GUEST" as the password and asterisks do not hide it.
Continuity mistake: When Bucum is in the trailer at the beginning of the film, and the woman starts shooting at him with a shotgun, he runs and dives through a window. Before he dived through the window he had his pistol drawn. But when he's flying through the window, you can see it in the holster on his leg.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Bennie comes back to Banks, she asks him about the papers he's been reading when she sat down opposite him. She then tries to take the papers, but Banks slams his fork into them. In the next shot you can see Banks holding the fork next to his face then, in the next, he presses the fork against the papers again.
Deliberate mistake: When the lady is supposedly in the water with the crocodile, you can see that it isn't her. It is actually Steve in a fat suit and wig.
Continuity mistake: When Mercker are in the boxing ring you see him put his walkie talkie in his belt. Then it cuts to a new shot and he puts it in his belt again. (01:03:50)
Continuity mistake: There is a scene where two girls are in a room and one is on the ground, removing her skiing boots. She removes the same one twice.
Visible crew/equipment: When Frank, Seth and Ottis are watching the video showing Magrudder taking the money, you can see the reflection of the camera on the television just before it starts to play.
Continuity mistake: Antonio Banderas looks at his watch and the time is increasing, but a minute later he looks and the time is counting down. (01:07:40 - 01:08:40)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of Deuces Wild when Leon stands up off the street and directs his attention to Marco, you can hear torrential rainfall out in the street, yet as the street light shines on Leon, his face is near perfectly dry. (00:01:30)
Continuity mistake: When Jerry-Lee is at the breeder's home, he starts to eat some flowers. In the first shot he picks up one stem of flowers and pulls them out of the vase. Camera cuts and he starts to pull them out again. (00:21:10)
Plot hole: Throughout the movie, the flies are vulnerable to light (direct sunlight and even lightbulbs) to the point of incinerating in a split second. Except... they are not; in several sequences they fly to and from bodies and without even taking a direct path (look at all the action happening in front of the house, by the cars, in broad daylight).
Revealing mistake: When Pally and Charlotte are in bed, Charlotte's pillowcase barely goes above the headboard, yet its shadow casts on the wall is much larger and higher, and has a triangular shape. (00:29:13)
