Visible crew/equipment: Outside the chapel, when Frank backs into the pedestal the statue begins to topple over. In the shot facing up, as the pedestal falls and Frank puts his arms out to catch the statue, the wires used in this stunt are perfectly visible. (01:35:05)

Visible crew/equipment: In the shot that shows Skeet Ulrich get out of the car to chase Robin Tunney, the guy is a stunt actor. OK all movies have stunt men but a) this guy looks nothing like the actor b) it's not even a stunt.
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the film, when Cole saves Campbell from falling, they then proceed to swing down the rope, and if you look closely, you can see a crewmember's arm sticking out of a window holding a piece of equipment attached to the rope, making sure that they don't swing out too much. Visible crew/equipment: When Mason is fighting the guy whose legs are on fire, watch Mason's hair. It's completely different from Sean Connery's. It's thicker and there's more of it, and at one point you can see the stunt guy's face.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Curve is running away from Ashe, and Ashe has jumped off the car and has gone to his Motorcycle, there is a crew member in black in the lower right hand corner that pushes Ashe's motorcycle so that it looked like he was taking off.
Visible crew/equipment: In the end, when Gina Gershon and Jennifer Tilly are finally sitting in the car and kissing, the camera slides over the truck and you can see the camera's reflection on the windshield for half a second.
Visible crew/equipment: When Matthew walks from the hospital to the pharmacist to steal the prescription for their baby, the trolley camera and the guy pulling it are reflected in the shop window.
