Unforgettable picture

Corrected entry: In the scene where they are interrogating Ray Liotta after his wife was murdered, they say that his blood alcohol level was "2.5". This would mean that 250% of his blood was alcohol. I think they meant .25.

Correction: As they do not give a unit of measure, this can be interpreted in many ways. The most logical (and most common way to express alcohol level in blood) is that the number expresses the level of alcohol in promille (1/1000) per liter of blood. 2.5 promille means that he'd be fairly drunk and disorientated, though probably not unconscious. There is also a flaw in the submitter's math here. If 2.5 = 250%, then 0.25 would be 25 %, which would mean that Liotta's character would have approximately 1.5 litres of pure ethanol floating through his veins (and 50 times what is considered a fatal dose, 5 promille)...

Bulletproof picture

Corrected entry: Archie is flying the plane when suddenly they run out of fuel. He makes an incredible landing in the middle of a desert. The problem is, it's right on the edge of a cliff. After a little scooting and running they jump out of the back of the plane. When they do so they're no longer counter-weighting the front which causes the plane to fall. When the plane falls off the edge of the cliff and crashes it has this huge fireball explosion. What would be in the plane to explode in a fireball that big since the plane ran out of gas.

Correction: Fumes.

Spy Hard picture

Corrected entry: The timer in one of the scenes is different from the time the announcer says it is.

Correction: This is a Leslie Nielsen movie. These sort of intentional, visual "disconnects" exist throught the entire movie. There are numerous instances where what is being said does not match with what we see in the background. It is a trade mark of the slapstick comedy Leslie Nielsen and his movies are well known for.

Fear picture

Corrected entry: When the girl and her brother are playing the games console and her friend walks in. She leaves her brother but it was a two player game and both sides are still fighting, instead of one.

Correction: The reason the game continues fighting after Nicole gets up is because her little brother switches her controller off. This then makes it a one player game.

Two Days in the Valley picture

Corrected entry: Near the films end, it shows Teri Hatcher's character training on her running for the next Olympics. As the camera pans away from her and towards the bumber sticker on her car which says something to the effect of "I am training for Nagano '98" Nagano was a Winter Games event, although her charcter only competed in Summer Games events.

Correction: Teri Hatcher's character was a world class skier, which would be something you would do a winter games event like for example, Nagano '98.

Beautiful Girls picture

Corrected entry: After Gina's monologue on "real women," she, Willie, and Tommy stand outside the grocery store and you can see behind the two guys a Valentine's day decoration plastered on the store window. Later when the entire gang are at Mo's house before their reunion you can see on the fireplace mantle several displayed Christmas cards. The entire film is supposed to take place in the span of only a few weeks and its unlikely that the decorations from the two holidays would both be up in the same short timespan.

Correction: I took the Christmas cards off of my entertainment center at the end of March. It's a character mistake rather than a movie mistake.

Kids In the Hall: Brain Candy picture

Corrected entry: There is a scene in the beginning with a disgruntled taxi driver. As you look behind him you will see a sign for the Bank of Montreal, a major Canadian bank, but the film's meant to take place in Los Angeles.

Correction: The city is never specified.

The Frighteners picture

Corrected entry: When Dr. Lucy Lynsky is first being "spooked" by Bannisters ghostly friends, she is on the bed when it floats into the air. You can clearly see the big lifting mechanism under the bed in the first shot. After it cuts away and cuts back, they finally remembered to remove it from shot in post production.

Correction: It's not a big lifting mechanism, it's rays rowing machine. You can tell it's just the rowing machine because it does not touch the bed. It is also impractical to use a hydraulic lift for the bed. It's much easier to have something in the wall, which is probably what they did.

Sgt. Bilko picture

Corrected entry: When the two people major Thorn brings in to do inventory are counting crates, and the platoon has mirrors up to look like more crates are really there, wouldn't they see themselves in the mirrors?

Correction: In the movie SGT Bilko won't allow the investagators to walk down the aisle of crates, so they never get close enough to see themselves.

Mystery Science Theatre 3000 picture

Corrected entry: At the end of the movie, when Crow says "Woo Hoo... Woo Hoo...." you can hear some sort of an echo, which is another "Woo Hoo...."

Correction: Well, they are in a theater, so it's a possibility that that could happen.

Sleepers picture

Corrected entry: The character Shakes has the same last name as the writer of the book "Sleepers", last name being Carcaterra.

Correction: This is because the movie, being based on the book by Lorenzo Carcaterra, is about the author's own experience. Shakes Carcaterra is Lorenzo Carcaterra.

My Fellow Americans picture

Corrected entry: The presidents are in the car with the hillbillies, and a government car pulls along side. Once the government agents decide that the presidents are not in the car, one guy points forward, and you hear the tires squeal. There is no way that car could do that while traveling as fast as it was.

Correction: It is very possible for a car to squeal it's tires at that rate of speed. Government vehicles are not restricted to emmission standards, allowing more powerful engines making it very possible to accomplish such a task. If you're ever driving a standard, instead of completely letting go of the gas when shifting gears, hold it down, when you shift to the next gear or obviously if you downshift, it is very likely you will peel out even at higher speeds.

All Dogs Go To Heaven 2 picture

Corrected entry: In the scene where Charlie sneaks into the lost and found to retreive Gabriel's horn, there is a cop playing around with the horn. He is in a fenced-in room. When the cop blows the horn, since its true purpose is to open the gates of heaven, naturally it opens the gate that closes in the lost and found. The cop then closes the gate. Charlie easily slips trough the gate and grabs the horn, but the horn is a solid object, and cannot go through the gate. Therefore Charlie and his pals go on a secret mission through the police station to try and breakout the horn. In the process they cause quite a disturbance, and end up running away from a cop and stealing a motorcycle. This is all well and good, but they could have saved going through all that trouble. Why didn't Charlie just wait till the cop left? Then he could have blown the horn, the gate door would have opened, and no one has to steal a motorcycle and get chased by a cop.

Correction: As shown in the last movie, Charline really isn't very clever and usually justs wings it.

Feeling Minnesota picture

Corrected entry: In the scene where Jjaks and Sam fight, the gun Sam holds to Jjaks' head is different from the gun Jjaks knocks out of Sams hand to the floor. (00:37:55)

Correction: I think the 2nd gun is meant to be Jjaks'. It is the one we saw him rob the gas station with; and it looks like it falls out of his waistband in the struggle.

Thinner picture

Corrected entry: When Billy is shot through the hand by Lempke's daughter, you can see the wound is red. When he goes to sleep a close-up of his hand is shown, and the projectile apparently has gone right through it, leaving a nasty hole. How could the wound be red (without a hole) first?

Correction: If you look very close when she shoots his hand (go in slow mo, or frame by frame) you can see that a hole does appear, it is just that the angle we see his hand doesn't show it very well, and all the blood that came out the wound covers it up quite a bit too.

Evita picture

Corrected entry: When Evita stays at Peron's mansion for the first time, she takes a glove she's been wearing all evening off and places it on the bed. Yet, when we see the next shot of the glove, it looks perfectly ironed flat and immaculate, like it's never been worn.

Correction: You're talking about the first glove that is dropped, but look as she removes her second glove...pause it just right and you can see that it is also uncreased, even though she is seen removing it. It's very plausible that the glove could land on the bed and look unworn.

Phenomenon picture

Corrected entry: Toward the end of the movie, George (Travolta) tells Forrest Whitaker's character to use his fertilizer on a corn crop to make the corn grow on his barren land. He says "Four years with no rotation", yet at the end where it says "1 year later", Forrest Whitaker has a bumper corn crop.

Correction: "Fours years with no rotation", means you plant 4 years of corn only. You don't rotate to winter wheat, milo, or soy beans, etc.

Jack picture

Corrected entry: Jack was asked when is his birthday he says September 12th. In the begin of the film is clear to see that Jack's parents are at a Halloween party dressed in costumes. Who has a Halloween party six weeks before Halloween?

Correction: They are not at a Halloween party. It's just a fancy dress party.

The People vs. Larry Flynt picture

Corrected entry: Larry Flynt was in fact married three times before marrying Althea. Nowhere in the film were the previous marriages ever mentioned, or even the fact that he had children from previous marriages and relationships.

megamii

Correction: Just because something is not mentioned does not make it a mistake. These facts may have been deliberately ignored at the request of Larry Flynt himself, or just not important to the plot.

The Glimmer Man picture

Corrected entry: Apparently, when being assassinated by the Glimmer Man, "all you see is a glimmer, and then you're dead". If you are dead immediately afterward, who are you going to tell "hey, I saw a glimmer over there"?

Correction: Witnesses to the assassination could say: "All I saw was a glimmer, then he (the victim) was dead."
