Audio problem: If you listen carefully to the voice in the scene where Omar Epps catches the ball at the back wall you will hear that it isn't his voice but a voice over done by Wesley Snipes. Wesley Snipes played Willie Mays Hayes in The original.
Audio problem: When the man with the peg leg is trying to resist getting a shot of anti-smallpox serum from Professor Waldman, he yells, "You're not sticking that in me. You're not sticking that in me." But if you look closely, you can see that his lips are not moving. (00:32:45)
Audio problem: When Richie goes in place of his father to open the tool warehouse, the kids playing baseball gather at the gate and the girl in the middle says something like "Are you crazy? That's Richie Rich, the richest kid in the world." After that line, watch the black kid with a baseball cap to the left of the screen. His mouth moves but there is no voice.
Audio problem: In the scene when Mud and his "dad" are getting ready for Celeste to come over, Mud bounces a basketball across a hardwood floor but it makes no sound.
Audio problem: There is a scene in the lab where Arnie is explaining his pregnancy to Emma. The shot cuts to a side-on, rear shot of Arnie and it is very clear his mouth or jaw isn't moving and yet you can hear him talking.
Audio problem: Al's piano playing does not match his finger movements.
Audio problem: When the good guys finally get the Chevy V8 running, the sound it makes sounds more like a moped than a high-performance engine. It has headers and no mufflers, so it should have been quite loud.
Audio problem: About halfway through the movie, Richard and Fantasy reunite on the island. Richard says, "Fantasy." and Fantasy responds with, "Well, what were you expecting honey? The tooth fairy?" When she says "the tooth fairy" her lips are saying something completely different (and it's even worse, since it's a close-up of her face).
Audio problem: In the scene where Jafar throws the Genie to the ground, Jasmine says "Genie" but her mouth doesn't move.
Audio problem: The Philip Morris bellboy in Jack Rabbit Slim's does the famous "Call for Philip Morris." while walking away from the camera. When he turns to the side and does the call again, we can see that his mouth movement doesn't match the vocal.
Audio problem: When Mitch says to Duke "Oh, Curly, I am so sorry for burying you", his mouth is not moving.
Audio problem: When Julia and the gypsy are breaking into the castle, Lola opens the window and says "Max is that you?" The only problem is her lips aren't moving when she says it. (01:31:35)
Audio problem: In the beginning of the movie when Billy is looking for Penny, he is going all over the place trying to find her and when Penny is looking for Walt Jr., she is going all over the place trying to find him. Why don't they just use the speaker Penny uses to call for Billy and to tell her co-workers that the police have located the killer?
Audio problem: When Norville carries Amy up to his office, he sets her down on the couch and she says "not that I would trade a day, and hour, or a moment of it" but her lips are not moving.
Audio problem: Although the cast speaks English throughout (with wildly varying accents), when Sandrine Holt is being lowered into the cave, one of the Chilean extras can be heard saying, "Cuidado." (Be careful.) in Spanish.
Audio problem: When Steve is at Yankee Stadium during the tryouts, his wooden bat makes the sound of a metal bat.
Audio problem: Outside the Miller's house the detective who was interrogating Scott is now shouting at the house with a bullhorn. When the detective lowers the bullhorn, his voice sounds like it is still being amplified.
Audio problem: During the final battle, when Sean and Crane start fighting with their arm-blades, listen closely. There's just a few too many "blade clashing" sound effects added in, and it doesn't always perfectly match up to what's on-screen. More were obviously added in to make it seem more dramatic, but it doesn't quite seem "right" if you pay close attention.
Audio problem: When Hector Elizondo comes to the park near the end and shoots the guy in the lift, there are a lot of rides operating around him. We don't hear the rides making any noise. Anyone who has been to an amusement park knows how loud rides are.
Audio problem: When Chun-Li's group is pretending to be the magicians, she ends the act by jumping into the outstretched arms of Balrog and Honda. You hear Honda say, "How about our explosive finale?" His lips don't move, even though you hear him say it.
