Other mistake: Towards the end where they steal the chip, they are detected and about a million security guards are all running around, yet 30 seconds later, the only security guard is one man with a shotgun. What happened to their big army of security guards? (01:41:30 - 01:42:55)
Suggested correction: This isn't a mistake. Bishop had been directed to a part of the building where there weren't any security guards; this was shortly before one of the guards found their camera feed. The guy with the shotgun was the only person to head into that location. Unlikely maybe, but possible.
Other mistake: When the three ninjas are kidnapped and locked in that room, Tum-Tum is complaining about being hungry. Later on, before the fighting match between Grandpa and Snider, Tum-Tum gives Grandpa jelly beans. Why didn't Tum-Tum just eat those before?
Other mistake: During the post-robbery flashback where Mr. White has just killed two police officers, there is a shot of Mr. White saying, "Let's go." after determining that Mr. Brown is dead. As Mr. White & Mr. Orange leave the scene, you can see 3, maybe 4 men standing perhaps 20 feet away, lounging in front of a dark blue truck. For all the car-crashing & gunshots easily within earshot, those witnesses seem awfully nonchalant. (01:25:40)
Other mistake: The alien that comes out of the dog is a lot bigger than the actual dog just seconds after it appears. This only applies to the theatrical version, as in the extended version the alien comes out of an ox.
Other mistake: In several of the scenes involving the helicopter the film was flipped. The registration numbers on the side of the chopper are backwards.
Other mistake: When Dolph Lundren shoots his boss he shoots him through his glasses in his eye. However the guys lens never breaks. His glasses fill up from the inside with blood. (00:52:50)
Other mistake: The steamship shown in Patriot games is actually a shot from John Wayne's 1955 Sea Chase.

Other mistake: Near the end of the film, when the 2 nuclear missiles are destroyed, one by a fighter plane, the other by Segal, the same shot is used for both the missiles blowing up.
Other mistake: When the Penguin is talking on the staircase to his audience of voters, he gives a badge to one young woman. As he lifts it up it is clearly a pin-on design button, however the Penguin leans forward as presses the badge against her blouse as if it were a stick-on design. Other mistake: When the girl throws a grenade at the closed window it rolls a bit and you see that the bottom has been drilled out.
Other mistake: In the scene in Angelo's basement after Jobe has killed the Priest and his friend's Father, Jobe transmits a message to Angelo using the VR helmet. In this message we see and hear Jobe describing how he took a boost of medicine, but how did Angelo hear this message? The earphones of the VR headset are positioned above his head and angled away from him. (01:13:40)
Other mistake: In the end credits, Charlie Conway is written as Charlie Conroy, and Larsson as Larson.
Other mistake: When Cole is looking at the LAPD records, Billy Phelps has a birth-date of 9/16/63 and is listed as 28 years old, meaning the current date is at least 9/16/91. However, the first record, Rick Sabman, has a birth-date of 9/1/60 and is only listed as 30 years old, when he should be 31.
Other mistake: When Ash is splitting into his two halves, he backs into a huge tree and it moves. The tree moves again a few minutes later when bad Ash is shot and flies into it. (00:37:45 - 00:39:00)
Other mistake: When Joey is fleeing down the city streets, two cop cars drive up. Instantly, between cuts, the cops appear outside their cars as Joey runs up to them. They don't get out... they're just suddenly outside of the cars between cuts, and the movie tries to cover it by adding in a car door opening/closing sound.
Other mistake: In the club bathroom scene, Ivy has just finished urinating when Russell Stevens Jr./John Hull walks into the bathroom, where Ivy taunts John for a bit, and then Ivy proceeds to urinate on his leg and shoes. He wouldn't have any urine left to do that. (00:44:15)
Other mistake: When D-Day discovers that the intestinators are magnetic, he puts the spare intestinator on himself to demonstrate. There are no troubles at all. When Stiggs volunteers to go first and have his intestinator removed from his body, not only does D-Day struggle to find where it is located, but you can also see where the intestinator moves inside his body where it didn't with D-Day's body. Other mistake: Early in the movie the robbers need to enter a code - the code they get by force is "7465" but the code that the leader of the gang enters is "7466". (00:12:50)
