The End of Flutter Valley (3) - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When Reeka is conjuring the fake rainbow to distract the Flutter Ponies, the grey pot on her head is blue for a while.
The Golden Horseshoes (1) - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: As Sweet Stuff is talking to Surprise near the beginning of the episode, both of their legs are drawn far too short, making them look deformed.
The End of Flutter Valley (2) - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When we first see the Furbobs arguing on the bridge they are coloured orange and pink. When the Bushwoolies run up to them, the orange Furbob is now blue. In a similar problem, Wishful (the purple Bushwoolie) is a tan colour when the camera shows an aerial view and the Ponies approach, but changes back to purple when the Furbobs begin to talk.
Continuity mistake: The adult Ponies, the mayor of Muensterville and a police officer from Muensterville go to confront Knight Shade about the loss of the babies' shadows. As Knight Shade kicks the mayor and the police officer into the Ponies, Lickety Split is visible in the group of Ponies. But Lickety Split did not set out with the search party and should be back at Paradise Estate.
The End of Flutter Valley (2) - S1-E2
Other mistake: As the Stonebacks begin to destroy the bridge the Ponies call out for help. As the bridge moves up and down, locks of Gusty and Baby Cuddles' hair flash white. Baby Cuddles is also drawn in a deformed fashion with no neck and two rumps.
The End of Flutter Valley (1) - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Rosedust is addressing the Little Ponies at the start of the Sun Tuesday celebrations, Buttons, Fizzy and Cupcake are sitting in front of her. Yet when it switches it to the witches' view a yellow Pony (could be a wingless Lofty, which constitutes another mistake) is sitting in front of Buttons and next to Fizzy when she wasn't before. When it switches back to Rosedust's view the yellow Pony is gone. Also, two of the Bushwoolies that are sitting with the Ponies move places.
The End of Flutter Valley (4) - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: As the group of Ponies and friends enter Furbobia they pause to admire the beauty of the place. Cherries Jubilee (peach coloured Pony) is in the back of the group, yet she does not feature at all in this set of episodes.
Baby, It's Cold Outside (2) - S1-E42
Continuity mistake: When King Chalatan freezes Edgar, Edgar's crown falls off onto the floor. After the guard asks "But sire, what of the prince?" the frozen Edgar is shown wearing his crown. But when Megan is singing and goes over to Edgar, Edgar's crown is back on the floor. In a similar mistake, when King Chalatan is crying and his tears fall on Edgar, Edgar is wearing his crown but it is not frozen. In the next shot, Edgar's still wearing his crown, but this time it's frozen.
The End of Flutter Valley (3) - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: As Baby Cuddles falls from the bridge, one of her locks of hair hasn't been coloured in and flickers transparent on and off.
The End of Flutter Valley (1) - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the song "From The Sun" there are a group of Ponies sitting and dancing in front of the Sunstone. Paradise (white Pegasus with red hair) is in the group, yet she does not feature at all in this set of episodes. As the camera draws back and the Sunstone starts to send out rays of light, Paradise turns yellow, which is another major mistake.
The End of Flutter Valley (3) - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: After the fall from the bridge when the Ponies, Spike, the Furbobs and Bushwoolies are standing around and the Bushwoolies are asking why the Stonebacks hate the Furbobs, the purple leaves on Gusty's symbol haven't been coloured in, leaving them white. Also, Baby Cuddles' eyes are too low down on her head giving her a deformed look.
The End of Flutter Valley (2) - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: Since Reeka and Draggle didn't manage to capture, harm and/or kill the Little Ponies, Hydia forces them to eat doughnuts. The doughnuts on the table have the holes coloured in, yet the doughnuts that Reeka and Draggle are holding have transparent holes.
The End of Flutter Valley (3) - S1-E3
Audio problem: As the Flutter Ponies discuss how to escape from the giant honeycomb they are trapped in, Rosedust addresses the Flutter Ponies. Yet Rosedust is in the audience and Honeysuckle is addressing the group in Rosedust's voice.
Audio problem: When Fudgy McSwain and Rocky Ripple are at war, the First Tooth Baby Ponies escort the Newborn Twins to safety by taking them back to the Satin Slipper Sweet Shoppe. The sound of the twins crying starts before they move their heads with their mouths open and eyes closed.
Continuity mistake: As the adult Ponies try to reason with the mayor of Muensterville to let them out of the giant mouse trap, the part of the bar in front of North Star's neck disappears as Lofty is talking. North Star's neck and lower jaw also disappear during the same shot.
The End of Flutter Valley (3) - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: As the Stonebacks confront the Ponies, Furbobs, Bushwoolies and Spike near the apple tree, Spike decides to snort at the Stonebacks. As he says 'Maybe I could snort to them. I heard my dad do it once a long time ago.' his right ear disappears and reappears multiple times.
The End of Flutter Valley (4) - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: As the Ponies and friends are fleeing from the Stonebacks, Fizzy is incorrectly drawn with Pegasus wings.
The End of Flutter Valley (3) - S1-E3
Audio problem: Baby Cuddles hurts her leg in the fall from the bridge and Cupcake comes forward to comfort her. Baby Cuddles says 'Don't know. Can't walk.' but Cupcake is the one animated to say this line and Baby Cuddles' mouth doesn't move.
Continuity mistake: When Megan and the Ponies are in Muensterville looking for Knight Shade, the mayor of Muensterville traps them in a giant mouse trap. As Lofty flails around she's drawn with three hind legs in some of the frames.
The Return of Tambelon (4) - S1-E29
Audio problem: Just before the song 'Let the Bell of Freedom Ring,' Megan asks North Star if she could find the bell in time. As North Star replies, "A mere trifle, Megan," Megan's lips move as well as North Star's.
