Corrected entry: When Rambo is packing his explosive arrowheads notice he only packs four in his case, yet he fires five.
Corrected entry: When Charlie and Peter Vincent are trying to save the Charlie's girlfriend, Peter says they can save her if they kill the vampire before dawn. When they knock out the windows in the basement to let light in, that's an indication it's not before dawn, it's after. Yet, they still save the girl.
Correction: True, Dandridge was not yet "dead", but he was not "sleeping" either. His rest was disturbed, he was battling for survival since before dawn, the battle just lasted until the sun rose. Since he was not in his rest state at dawn, we can assume she didn't undergo the transformation as usual.
Corrected entry: In an early scene, "the Mouse" is escaping from prison. As he digs through the muddy walls, he says: "Not unlike escaping mother's womb." Just after this line, if you listen closely, you can hear a crew member say: "Cut."
Correction: No, didn't happen. Right before he delivers the "escaping womb" line there is a sound like "Aww. Cut" but that's his guttural sounds of wriggling outta the space. After he speaks the line, as mentioned by the commenter, it just cuts to the next scene with no other spoken sounds.
Corrected entry: At the end when Tommy is in the hospital, he gets out of bed and goes over to the drawer where his belongings are. He opens the drawer and there's the mask the killer was wearing. How did it get there? The police should have taken that as evidence. There is no way that police would let Tommy keep this mask for a souvenir.
Correction: We don't see them until they reach the hospital - Tommy would have had plenty of time to hide the mask. Either that or like the beginning it was a dream.
Corrected entry: When the group gasses Kent to implant the microphone in his braces we hear a thump as if someone fell to the ground. When we see Kent he is slumped over his keyboard. The sound we heard is inconsistent with how they found Kent slumped over. (01:18:50)
Correction: The sound could easily have come from Kent dropping a textbook he was holding. If you've ever dropped a heavy book flat on the floor you know it makes a very loud thud.
Corrected entry: Col. Yin tells Braddock that if he signs the contract, he will be freed and then transported across the border into Thailand. Vietnam does not border Thailand. It's next to Laos, then Thailand.
Correction: Col. Yinn never states that Thailand borders Vietnam, he merely states that Braddock and the remaining POWs would be transported to Thailand and released to their embassy.
Corrected entry: When Remo and Chiun are at the carnival at Coney Island, the attendant tells them that they get seven rings for a dollar. Remo gives him the dollar, and you see the attendant giving Chiun five rings and you hear the sounds of six rings hitting the bottles.
Corrected entry: After Lane and Monique have been skiing for some time and have a moment alone Charles De Mar runs over his ski and breaks his binding. After everyone leaves the paperboy starts doing his "Give me the $2" thing and Lane skis away only to come to the top of the K12. The K12 is at the top of the mountain. How in the world did he get there without riding the ski lift?
Correction: Nowhere in this film is it said that the K12 is at the top of the mountain. Many dangerous ski runs start half way down a mountain, or lower, and the uphill ski runs can be comparatively gentle. .
Corrected entry: This movie inspired and sparked the birth of the famous and popular Nintendo adventure game series 'Legend of Zelda'.
Correction: This is just wrong. Shigeru Miyamoto is heavily credited with creating The Legend of Zelda story. Check his bio here: http://www.miyamotoshrine.com/theman/bio/index.shtml Nowhere does it mention this movie provided any inspiration for the game.
Corrected entry: In the scene where Eastwood beats up the baddies with a 'good piece of hickory,' he tells the guy with the lighted match that he shouldn't play with matches. Then he throws a bucket of water over the baddie, soaking him, but the match remains lit.
Correction: Since they actually did that on the set, and that is what happened, there is no film mistake. The water missed the match. Unusual, noteworthy, but obviously possible.
Corrected entry: Towards the end of the movie, just after Rickles is torn apart by the zombies, Steele comes running towards the door that Rhodes locked. He uses his pistol to kill a few zombies, but then he runs out of bullets and puts the gun back in his holster. The slide on his pistol should be back if the chamber is empty, but it appears to be in the normal position.
Correction: He either closed the slide out of habit before he holstered it, or he had a misfire as opposed to running out of ammo.
Corrected entry: In the scene where Leroy jump kicks Sho'Nuff, he leaps into the air, kicking Sho in the chest. this, in turn, causes Sho to fly into a large container of water, obviously back first. When the camera cuts to Leroy, then back to Sho'Nuff, Sho is face down in the water and Leroy pulls him up, placing him on the side so he won't drown.
Correction: When a person is unconscious in the water, the body almost always flips over into the so-called "dead mans float" unless they are wearing a safety device like a life jacket or vest.
Corrected entry: In the bar fight in Turley, the bad guy breaks the bottle with his right hand, but when he lunges at Mal, it's in his left hand.
Correction: There's plenty of off-camera time for him to switch hands. Maybe he's left-handed, and broke the bottle with his right because it was closer to the bar.
Corrected entry: In the first half of the film Savannah has very short hair. When she, Max and the children enter Bartertown she has a long pony tail hair until the end of the film.
Correction: When she first appears and rescues Max, she's seen meeting the boy and lifting him, and the ponytail is there (00:47:55). When she rings the gong and challanges Max, it's there (1:02:40, 1:03:10). When she's struggling to save a boy in quicksand, it's there (1:11:25). The only time it isn't seen is when she's facing the camera, wearing the feathery head-dress or not in a shot at all.
Corrected entry: The boys are having a party at Wyatt's house. Just before the motorcycles come crashing through the window one can see that the panes of glass are already shattered.
Correction: Considering that a nuclear missile came up through the basement, and the house did not collapse, the vibration must have been distributed throughout the house, which could have easily caused the windows to crack. But since Lisa created the "bikers" anyways, she could have just as easily cracked the windows to make them easy for the bikers to crash through for dramatic effect.
Corrected entry: When the boat rises into the airship, you can see the wires that are pulling the boat up.
Correction: You're seeing the boat's antenna. I watched this scene carefully. I don't see any wires pulling the ship up.
Corrected entry: When Tom Hanks is rescuing Rita Wilson from the bad guys, she is in a pink dress and pink high heeled shoes. When he picks her up and puts her over his shoulder, she is barefoot. Camera cuts to a new angle and her shoes are back on. Camera cuts again and her shoes are missing. Shoes keep appearing and disappearing until they exit the scene. (01:22:35)
Correction: Rita Wilson just has one high heel on her right foot when rescued. Before she's picked up, we see Tim Thomerson come in and her left foot is bare. When Tom Hanks picks her up, her left foot is still bare and her right foot still had the shoe on, and it's this way the whole time she's being carried.
Corrected entry: When the evil queen's assistant (who had the bag of gold coins) fights the young prince toward the end of the movie, he gets squished by the giant cement circular door. When Sonja, Calidor, the prince and Vulcan exit this same door, there is no body visible.
Correction: The spot where the body would lie is not shown again up close. In the outside shot, there is a spot along the door that could be prop blood, but the video isn't good enough to tell exactly.
Corrected entry: When Teddie tells Jack over the phone that she found the typewriter, we see him sitting casually at home in regular clothes. Within a couple of minutes, he is able to travel to her apartment and appear in his full "killer" regalia. Unless they were neighbors - which is certainly not implied - this would be impossible in any town, especially San Francisco.
Correction: Nothing indicates it was only a couple of minutes.
Corrected entry: When Sam Lowry first goes up to room 5001 he knocks lightly on the door and waits for a response. When the green light illuminates, he walks into the office where a woman is wearing headphones and typing. The headphones are loud as we discover later and she's been typing for some time as there are lots of lines of text. But how did she (the only person in that room) hear the door being knocked on?
Correction: This whole film is about a society that lives in an atmosphere of total surveillance. There is undoubtedly a camera and monitor or some other visual indication of Sam's presence.
Correction: We never see the entire packing and preparations Rambo does, it is all part of a montage of small second-long shots. Just because we only get to see one pack of detonator heads, it does not necessarily mean he packs just the one.
