Gourmet Night (a.k.a. Gourmet's Paradise) - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: There appears to be a very obvious splice edit in this episode. When Basil manages to get Kurt off him after being pinned to the kitchen table, he pushes Kurt against the wall knocking him out. Before this Basil is lying flat on the table and we never see him get up to a standing position beforehand.
Continuity mistake: During the car chase when the camera is inside the Sweeney Granada, a green Fiat can be seen driving in the other direction. The shot immediately changes to outside the car and the Fiat has gone.
Continuity mistake: "Man of Influence": The invisible Weston follows Geed into the parlor. When the door closes, there's no key in the lock. Then the shot cuts to a close-up of the door, and a key has appeared there, just in time for Weston to turn and lock it. (00:40:40)
Death by Resurrection - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: McBride and Ryan are driving through town in heavy traffic. When the shot cuts (and their conversation continues uninterrupted), not only does the rear view mirror disappear, but an obvious rear screen projection changes their locale to a country road with trees and no traffic at all. Continuity mistake: In the first five minutes of the show, the family tells Schneider that an electrical outlet needs to be worked on. As he starts to work on it, he tells someone to turn off breaker 3. When he is done, he tells the person to turn on breaker 4.
Continuity mistake: Ajeet and Nicky are crouched behind the hedge outside the manor house. Nicky restrains Ajeet by putting her left hand on Ajeet's right shoulder and her right hand is on the ground, the angle changes and both Nicky's hands are on the lapels on Ajeet's coat and she pulls her down behind the hedge. Ajeet's hair plaits also change position.
Space Brain - S1-E21
Continuity mistake: The number on Kelly's suit was 4. As Paul went to go out after Kelly, you see the number 4 on the control panel, then when he nears Kelly, it's changed to 3, suggesting the shot of the exiting person was re-used.
Continuity mistake: Conchita slaps Cash across the left cheek, which he's rubbing as he returns to his office. In the next shot, as he comes through the door, he's rubbing his right cheek instead.
Adam Driver/Chris Stapleton - S41-E10
Continuity mistake: Star Wars Undercover Boss: Starkiller Base: After Kylo says he looks forward to having some real talk with real folks, it cuts to the Storm Troopers getting lunch. As one is getting his tray, there is a sign on the wall stating "Keep your helmet on for safety." This sign is hanging loose by just one corner. But in the next shot, it's straight and held up correctly on the wall. (00:00:40)
Continuity mistake: When Starsky and Hutch are driving up to Dobey's cabin, park near the lake, and then drive into town for supplies, the car's license plate is attached to the driver's side of the front bumper as it should be, but when they're in town the plate is now attached to the passenger side of the bumper, and it's not a flipped shot. At the end, when Hutch tells Starsky he wants to leave, the license plate is back where it should be.
Continuity mistake: Benkei is talking with the Getter team for the first time and promises to fix Genki's model airplane. The wings are broken in a different way between shots. (00:08:20)
Continuity mistake: When the princess moves between rooms, the door in the first room is left well open, but when the shot changes to the second room, the first door is almost closed. (00:05:40)
