Other mistake: Clarence tells George that his brother died at the age of 9 because he wasn't there to save him from falling through the ice, but when you see the tomb stone, it shows Harry Bailey was born in 1911 and died in 1919. That would make Harry only 7 or 8 years old.

Continuity mistake: Screwy Squirrel puts some glue on the floor and Lenny treads on the glue, ripping off his paws in the process. At this point, you can see Lenny is in bare feet, but when he is walking a few seconds later, his paws are back on his feet again.
Continuity mistake: When the inebriated cuckoo pops out of the cuckoo clock at the beginning of the short, his feet are yellow, but when we see a close-up of the cuckoo in the next shot, his feet are now orange.

Continuity mistake: The plot is based on obtaining 3 music boxes, identical in appearance each playing a slight variation of the same tune. Throughout the movie the variations are highlighted as a message is revealed by listening to all 3 variations. Yet at the beginning of the movie when the boxes are all sold at the same auction, when each box is presented, the tune had no variations.
Continuity mistake: After Bugs shoots the man in the audience for coughing, the style of notes in the music book in front of him changes between shots.
