Visible crew/equipment: In the Rock Ridge church scene before the dynamite bundle is thrown through the church window, the device used to break the glass is visible.
Visible crew/equipment: When the young lady is trying to drag her dead husband away to bury him, as she takes a hold of the blanket you can see the covered wagon in the background and someone's legs behind the wheel begin to move to the right. She was suppose to be alone except for her dead husband. (00:34:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Marcus attacks Simon at the loading dock, as Simon flies through the air after Marcus kicks him, you can see the face of Johnny Lee Miller's stunt double. (00:57:15)
Visible crew/equipment: As the Tin Man gets to the end of his song, he's dancing in front of three mirrors. If you look past him as he's centered in the middle mirror, you can see the camera lens looking out of the canvas at him.
Visible crew/equipment: After Doctor Strange experiments with the magical doorway in the Sanctum Sanctorum, he leaves it on a desert view and we cut to a shot panning across all the artifacts. At the very start of the shot on the right hand side of the screen is a crewmember standing in the shadows looking bored. Really blatant if you turn up the brightness, but easy enough to spot if you know what you're looking at. (00:56:00)
Visible crew/equipment: During the chariot race, just as Judah (stunt double) flips over in his chariot in the wide shot, a low angle camera is visible on the track under a canopy, at the right side of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: Towards the beginning of the film we see the convoy driving to Ciudad Juárez on the highway. In the reflection of the last car one can see the Russian Arm used to film the vehicles.
Visible crew/equipment: As Rachel runs to the airplane through the line of passengers, on her way back to the house from her parents in Chicago, you can see lighting equipment reflected in the glass window, before it cuts away. (01:11:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When the guy on the roof stands and takes aim at the window in preparation for Brian, the film crew are reflected in a window behind him. (00:13:00)
Visible crew/equipment: Thomasin McKenzie is searching her father in the woods. In that scene a crew member is visible behind a tree. (01:15:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Hoffman runs to hide from the second coroner, he goes right up close to the camera. When he does, you can see the camera's shadow on his face. (01:08:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Sarah is fighting with Garcia in her home, for a brief moment 2 crew members are seen, one in white shirt and beige pants (looks like director Clint Eastwood) and the other wearing a blue shirt and dark pants. (01:24:15)
Visible crew/equipment: After Batman and Catwoman's mistletoe banter, a wire can be seen attached to his back as he glides off the rooftop. (01:20:15)
Visible crew/equipment: During the scene when Lou Costello is reading the narrative on Count Dracula we see the coffin door open and the candle on top of the box starts to descend. By the angle of the coffin door the candle would have easily fallen to the ground. If you look carefully you can see a thin black cord attached to the candle.
Visible crew/equipment: When the Muslim armies approach Brendan Gleason's castle there is a side shot of the Muslims army coming to a halt. You can see the marker stake with yellow tape at the top (used during production as a mark). (01:10:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When Clarence Boddicker (Kurtwood Smith) is killed by Murphy (Peter Weller), Boddicker falls into the steel mill's water, blood spewing from his neck. Sharp eyes are required here to see that there is someone standing against the wall in the background... (01:32:40)
Visible crew/equipment: About half way through the movie, Sara and Derek are at Sara's apartment and she tells him that her father has a good stereo system. When she turns it on, you can see the reflection of the pole that holds the boom mic in a framed picture of a woman's face just to the upper right of her head. (01:23:20)
Visible crew/equipment: During the final fight, a steady cam operator with a white shirt and black straps around his body is seen during several wide angles. This is not a TV camera, it is a film crewmember. The Director even admits to it in the audio commentary on the DVD.
Visible crew/equipment: When the Batmobile is driving itself to Batman and Vicky Vale, you can clearly see a hand turning the steering wheel. (01:12:00)
Visible crew/equipment: In a scene in a cave that is the lair of the "eaters of the dead," the camera takes an overhead wide angle shot of the "eaters" walking down into the cave. It is possible to see a young man wearing a burgundy t-shirt and beige shorts (a crew member), sitting against the wall of the cave cross-legged. (01:16:55)
Suggested correction: I've watched this scene a number of times on YouTube and I'm certain that this "crew member" is an extra. He is not wearing a T-shirt and shorts, his clothing is correct for an extra. There are also other extras sat cross-legged a few feet from him.
