Visible crew/equipment: When the young lady is trying to drag her dead husband away to bury him, as she takes a hold of the blanket you can see the covered wagon in the background and someone's legs behind the wheel begin to move to the right. At the very start of the shot on the right hand side of the screen is a crewmember standing in the shadows looking bored. Suggested correction: The flashing light actually belongs to the rotating beacon light on top of the shuttle. This light is shortly after when the crew start to return before it explodes.

Visible crew/equipment: During the final fight, a steady cam operator with a white shirt and black straps around his body is seen during several wide angles. This is not a TV camera, it is a film crewmember. The Director even admits to it in the audio commentary on the DVD.
