Revealing mistake: Buck lights the fuse and tosses the dynamite-filled barrel at the bad guys. We see the explosion. Unfortunately, after that, we can also see the intact barrel still rolling away in the dirt.
Revealing mistake: Early in the episode the dead body in the barn ever so briefly flutters his eyelids.
Revealing mistake: Jack Albertson's character is taking pictures of The Cartwrights and ranch hands. The video camera moves across the front of the prop camera as Albertson pushes and holds the button to take a picture. The shutter on the camera never opens and isn't open until he releases the button. In those days the shutter had to stay open an elongated time to enable the light to infiltrate the negative. People had to stay still during this time.

Clemens is fishing at a lake and Mark McCain says, "You've caught a fish " Clemens tells the boy to reel in the fish. The boy jerks the rod and pulls the fish out of the water. The fish is obviously a fake which a stagehand had attached to the hook. The fish is motionless and is not even wet.
