Audio problem: When Rob is yelling at the officer about the dining room set and saying "I want my dining room table and chairs!" you can hear a random bell tinkling away behind the camera. (00:17:50)
Audio problem: After Alf calls the radio station and tells the station to give Jody his phone number, Alf walks to the towards the table saying "Friend...wish I had one" with the phone in his hand. Right after Alf says "Friend..." listen closely in the background and you can hear a far off phone ringing about 2 seconds before the one Alf is using starts. (00:04:55)

Audio problem: When the kraken roars, when it destroys a ship, it sounds like a TIE fighter in Star Wars.
Pool Party (aka Pilot) - S1-E4
Audio problem: When Lizzie goes into the living room while her Mum is on the phone, she takes the remote control from Matt. We can then hear Matt shouting tales at Mrs. McGuire, but if you watch him his mouth isn't moving at all. (00:12:10)
Pokemon, I Choose You! - S1-E1
Audio problem: When Delia Ketchum says, "Oh, Ash, I'm so proud of you," the items that the Pallet Town townspeople are holding aren't being moved, however, the sound from banging of those items is heard. (00:07:35)
The Raffle - S3-E3
Audio problem: When Kel breaks the TV, the sound is a very clear overdub to make it clear the TV is broken. (00:08:15)
Audio problem: At the start of the cake song, the line "I'll pile on the candy" was changed to "I'll pile on the sweets" for the UK. However, Ziggy still moves his lips to the word 'candy' when he was saying 'sweets'.
Audio problem: In the episode where the Wheezers obtain super powers, at the end of the episode, they are all singing their "Sitting and Singing" song surrounding the flaming duck. When the camera cuts to Carl putting his glasses on, the song can still be heard, but everyone's mouth just keeps saying "Standing, and standing, and standing," even though there are more words heard than just that.
Audio problem: Shaggy and Scooby are walking around trying to find the Ape Man to lure him into the trap. There is a sound and Shaggy says "What's that noise?" It cuts to Scooby who is following him who says "RI ron't row." But his mouth does not move at all when he says this. (00:14:15)
Audio problem: When the family find Mr. Dinosaur, Peppa snorted like Daddy Pig.
Audio problem: About 6 minutes in, a friend of Fred comes to the door and Ricky answers it. The man says Mr. Cardo instead of Mr. Ricardo, but Ricky says yes anyway.
Audio problem: After Colonel White thanks Captain Scarlet and Captain Blue at the start of the episodes, they reply with each other's voices.
Audio problem: In the ballroom sketch when Janice is talking to Zoot, her mouth starts moving before we hear her even say anything.
Audio problem: When Jerry goes over to open the jail cell door, the sound effect of jingling keys can be heard, however the actor isn't holding any keys. The jail cell door doesn't even have a keyhole.
Suggested correction: When the Sergeant tells Jerry to open the cell (00:18:20), Jerry reaches to his left side to retrieve keys from his duty belt (there is no "sound effect of jingling keys"). And keys were visible dangling from Jerry's duty belt when he told Philip to calm his wife (00:17:10). Secondly, the jail cell door does indeed have an old-style keyhole (00:18:30).
Audio problem: During the opening credits no one moves their mouth when they notice Superman and say "it's a bird...it's a plane..."
Audio problem: In the final song, "This is What It's Like to Be Lovers", the lead male studio singer starts the song, not David Cassidy, then they switch to David Cassidy's real voice halfway through for just two lines, then they switch back to the male voice of the studio singer.
Herman, the Master Spy - S2-E2
Audio problem: Eddie urges Grandpa to get going, when he replies, his mouth doesn't match the words.
Audio problem: While Ted and Jason are slopping pigs at the pen, Ted asks, "They really eat this garbage?" then as Ted pours the bucket contents we hear Ted exclaim, "They really eat this garbage!" but his mouth appears to say, "They really eat this crap!" (00:18:35)
The Two-Hundred-Mile-an-Hour Fastball - S2-E1
Audio problem: When Deborah gets off the phone, she tells Ralph that if they make the deal they can announce it on the Mike Douglas Show, but the problem is each time we hear Ralph say the name "Mike Douglas" we see his mouth actually say "Merv Griffin." (00:13:30)
Suggested correction: When Lizzie goes into the living room while her Mom is on the phone, she takes the TV remote away from Matt. We can then hear him shouting at Mrs. Mcguire until Lizzie tries to take her hand and place it over his mouth.
