Other mistake: Van and Lucky play a game where they draw cards in turn until someone finds the Joker. They draw a 4 of hearts, a 7 of spades, a 9 of diamonds, the ace of clubs. They were stacking the cards in two separate decks, each one to their own right, but in the rest of the scene all the discarded cards are tossed together in a heap, and the aforementioned cards, which should be on the bottom of it, are the ones who always appear in the various shots of the table at the top of the bunch.
Misty's Magical Mix-Up!/Bone's Lucky Doubloon - S2-E31
Other mistake: In the episode "Bone's Lucky Doubloon," Captain Hook, Smee and another pirate are washed downstream, go over a waterfall and land in a lake. When they emerge from the lake, no water is dripping from them.
Other mistake: When Yoshi is holding onto the bridge, part of its sides turns transparent. (00:04:42)
Beavis and Butt-head vs. the Vending Machine - S4-E28
Other mistake: When Butt-head is purchasing the pork rinds from the vending machine, he notes that the selection for them is F2. When he is pressing the buttons to dispense them, he presses the F button twice, but never the 2 button. Somehow, the machine still dispenses the correct item.
Other mistake: When everyone is mounting Lefty after escaping the temple, part of the lava flow directly on the right of the opening goes nowhere and just ends halfway down the screen.
Other mistake: When Teela is at Snake Mountain, she overhears TrapJaw saying how Skeletor's electrical creature will control all of the machines at the palace. When Teela returns to He-Man, she says that the creature Skeletor created is called Byte. There's no way for Teela to know the name of the creature, since TrapJaw never referred to it by name. Other mistake: In the show's introduction, the giant clock comes and smashes a baseball cap on Rocko, growing him up. Then, when the giant blue hand picks him up, the baseball cap disappears mid-shot, with no explanation. (00:00:15)

Other mistake: Snow Place to Go: In the extreme wide shot of the ice cracking, the ice at the left side of the screen is cut off. (00:05:45)

Other mistake: When Nightcrawler pumps his fist in elation while standing in front of the mirror, his arm casts no reflection. (00:09:52)
Horrid Henry and the Dinner Guests - S1-E17
Other mistake: When Henry's parents run into the kitchen to get Mrs. Mossy cleaned, Henry's neck is miscoloured for a split second. (00:07:19)
Real or Robots/Special Delivery - S1-E9
Other mistake: Before Tommy and Chuckie climb up back on Stu's bed position, Stu's hair is orange, just like Chuckie's.
Other mistake: Often, when Sakura is about to punch Naruto, he has enough time to dodge her attack but never does it.
Six Forgotten Warriors Chapter 2: Unclaimed Legacy - S5-E3
Other mistake: When Silver Sable infiltrates Kingpin's Russian lair with sleeping gas, before falling unconscious, Kingpin correctly deduces that he has been betrayed. In the next scene, Kingpin asks Silver Sable how she was able to infiltrate his lair, and she tells him one of his men is a traitor, which elicits an incredulous reaction from Kingpin, completely contradicting the previous scene where Kingpin already surmised there was a traitor.
Other mistake: In one scene in this episode, the clock on the kitchen wall (behind Jake) does not have any hands.
Other mistake: When Tony and Julia and the two tailing reporters walk past the press, they appear out of thin air. They should have either appeared from the courthouse door, which is closed the entire time, or from the left side of the screen. Instead, they appear on screen from just behind the reporter in the foreground, who is not obscuring enough of the screen for Tony and Julia to have gone unseen up until that point. (00:10:03)
Other mistake: When Gumball tries to comfort Alan, Alan opens the door but Alan is a balloon, with no hands to open a door. (00:04:35)
Other mistake: When Beast is flipping through his notes to try to determine what caused the explosion at the mansion a year earlier, you can see all the pages are blank. (00:13:50)
Other mistake: Lupin is playing chess at the computer, and he wins, as a full screen message shows. It's odd though, since the CPU has a much higher score than he does (by almost three times). Also, the interface contains a "Restor" button, with an obvious typo. (00:10:10)
Other mistake: Fred's shadow isn't shown in the opening credits.
