Character mistake: On Jaden's first turn, he considers fusing his Bubbleman and Clayman to summon Elemental Hero Mudballman because "he'd have enough attack points to take down the Sky Scouts' Simorgh." This is not true, as Mudballman has 1900 attack points and Simorgh has 2700 attack points. (00:10:57)
Character mistake: Bessie's last name is misspelled "Higginbottom" on the newspaper Happy shows her.
Coming Home - S1-E13
Character mistake: Kamaria Ray thinks back of her son shooting at the Zeon troopers with a mental image that is wrong; Amuro was not shooting from the bed, but from the door. (00:15:20 - 00:19:20)
Character mistake: After Anakin says to use the walkers (AT-TEs) as boarding vessels, Rex calls the first one an AT-AT (a vehicle that does not even exist at this point in-universe) while ordering a battalion of clones into it. (00:04:10)
The Death March of Young Kindaichi File 1 - S2-E1
Character mistake: For being a genius raised abroad, Takato's English pronunciation is abysmal - check out when he says the line about the magic crystal on stage. (00:12:40)
The Hairy Scare of the Devil Bear - S1-E8
Character mistake: Velma says bears only have four claws. Wrong, they really do have five claws.
Character mistake: The episode opens showing "The LLUSTRATED morning " newspaper. Yes, it is missing the letter "i." (00:00:15)
Burple Nurples/Shnitzel Makes a Deposit - S1-E2
Character mistake: In "Burple Nurples", Chowder was selling Burple Nurples for 5 dollops each. Later, Mung Daal steals a tray of six Burple Nurples, and Chowder runs after him, telling him that he owes him 300 dollops, instead of 30.
Suggested correction: The tray had more than 6, even if it was drawn to look like just 6, they could have been stacked on top of each other. Later when they're dumped in the fire, you can see more than 6 go in. Plus at that point we don't know how much Chowder was selling them for since it was after Mung Daal (while in disguise) paid more than 5 dollops for one.
Character mistake: Throughout the series, General Ross refers to Gabe Jones as Gabriel. Someone of Ross' military credentials would not address another government agent by their first name. He would call him Agent Jones or simply Jones.
A Frightened Hound Meets Demons Underground - S1-E14
Character mistake: Velma mentions Seattle burned down in 1890. The fire went from June 6-June 7 1889.
Character mistake: Lucy Liu-bot says Fry's name normally, but uses an automaton voice for "Can eat more", when she has always used Fry's name as a Text-to-speech type of automaton voice. (00:07:45)
Takishîdo wa kaze ni mau - S1-E1
Character mistake: During Lucky's initial display of power at the gates of the settlement, he fires a cannon shot at the building and shouts (in the English dub) "How do you like that? Bullseye." There's a view of the building and you can read the horseshoe sign; "Evergreen SHOPING Mall." (00:07:15)
Adventures in the Elements - S1-E12
Character mistake: On the Hexside brochure, Principal Bump is misspelled "Principle Bump." (00:00:03)
Cat on a Hot Steel Beam - S1-E60
Character mistake: As the fire truck darts out from a back alley, the sign on a nearby gift shop window reads "gift's" when it should be "gifts".
Character mistake: Dexter's father says he'll stunt jump over four school buses, but only three are shown.
Character mistake: In s01e08, "Q and A", Yelena moves her bishop to B6. The announcer says that's going to win it (the game gets interrupted at this point). However, that move does not put the computer (her opponent) into checkmate, it doesn't even put it into check. Her bishop is on a dark square and the computer's king is on a white square.
Character mistake: Season 3, Episode 2 "Squirmy". Little Bill and his brother, Bobby are returning his pet earthworm to the soil. Bill calls his brother by the name Jamal. Jamal is Little Bill's baby cousin.
Character mistake: When King Koopa runs away from Kooky's machine, he says for it to let him go before he is grabbed. (00:08:13)
Character mistake: Professor Saotome checks the status of the Getter Robot when his son falls unconscious. The HUD output is written in awkward EngRish, from the first line of the status report, called; "Monitor the state of affairs", to smaller details like the article randomly used for certain lines ("a control device, a correspondent"). The biggest flub though is that the name of his son is "Tatsuhito", in proper romanization, but here appears as "Tatuto." (00:05:20)
Character mistake: When Rarity sees her cat stuck in the tree, Rainbow Dash is sitting next to the cat, but when you see her, her cutie mark is not there. (00:17:15)
