Ashes, Ashes - S1-E6
Revealing mistake: It's pretty obvious that Scott Glenn, the actor playing Stick, just has his hand wrapped up to look like it has been cut off. Both his hands are at equal length when his arms are down by his sides.
Revealing mistake: David Carradine's stunt double is obvious (different face, darker hair) in the fight scene between Caine and Shelby Cross.
Revealing mistake: When Danziger is rolling down the cliff it's obviously a stuntman in a really bad wig. (00:27:50)
Chapter 7: In the Name of Honor - S1-E7
Revealing mistake: When the big battle starts, Boba and Mando appear using their jet packs. As Boba lands with one foot forwards, sand is thrown up into the air, but the sand is a special effect coming from about a metre in front of Boba, not from the foot itself. The result is very unconvincing.
Farewell My Beloved Witch - S1-E3
Revealing mistake: When Lupin is saved by Fujiko and is on the ladder, his lower left leg is missing. (00:21:05)
Relics of the Old Republic - S2-E3
Revealing mistake: There are two shots of Sabine while she's repairing the Phantom and talking to Kanan on her comlink where her neck is missing.
Revealing mistake: When Grapefruit cannonballs into the pull, it splashes on Pear. But no sign of any wetness is seen at all on him or the diving board.
The Resurrection of Joe November - S3-E24
Revealing mistake: Stock footage used for the Mardi Gras scenes shows a crowd dressed in 20th Century clothing.
Iron Man to the Second Power: Part 1 - S1-E9
Revealing mistake: When Mandarin and Hypnotia are following MODOK to see his completed robot, they pass a pillar with legs at its base, and instead of stepping over the leg on their side of the pillar, their feet occupy the same space. (00:03:08)
Revealing mistake: The bare, non-furry, forearms of the actor playing Anto are exposed when he is entertaining the gorilla soldiers.
Revealing mistake: In the Batcave, the protagonist looks at the newspaper clipping about the death of her mother. The rightmost column has a headline "Children traumatized after ride of terror", and a sign ("by Lucy Moguire"). And yet, it begins like this; "With the population of the planet ever increasing, so does the demand on Earth's resources." It's a lazy copy and paste by the prop department, putting some global warming report as filler text. (00:27:40)
Revealing mistake: As the "dead" companion lies in the coffin, you can see him breathing.
The Killer - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: When Drake puts the bomb against the ceiling, the 'concrete' wobbles. (00:40:00)
Dawn and the Haunted House - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: Stacey can be heard whispering instructions to the kids she and Dawn are watching.
When in Rome - S1-E3
Revealing mistake: Will and Frankie are in a boat. In the first wide shot the boat is going rather slowly, in the next shot they are speeding many times faster, and the shot is erratic, showing that the action was speeded up. (00:02:05)
It's All Done with Mirrors - S1-E27
Revealing mistake: During Scott and Kelly's scuffle in the restaurant, the stunt men's faces are visible several times. (00:27:25)
Helping Hands, Iron Fist - S1-E4
Revealing mistake: When Iron Man appears on the screen in the Hulkbuster armor, if you look at the background behind him, there is a closed door behind him to his right and a control panel directly behind him, which means he appeared from out of nowhere.
Return of the Fighting 69th - S1-E6
Revealing mistake: Before Roxanne Trent hits the box, it is possible to see that her hand is normal, not iron. (00:17:01)
Revealing mistake: When Agatha's apparent nemesis makes her grand entrance, blasting the front door open, the powerless witch gets thrown against the closet door. The face of Kathryn Hahn's stunt double is fully visible before the camera cuts away to show the fall. (00:30:45)
