Continuity mistake: After breaking through S.T.A.R. Labs, Lex blasts Superman through a wall, leaving a human sized hole. He was on his back in the hole. When we see Superman again, the hole is shaped differently, and he is suddenly on his stomach. (00:06:50)
Starscream VS Rainbow Dash - S1-E17
Continuity mistake: Rainbow Dash catches Star Scream in a tornado and spins him around so fast in his jet form that you see one of his wings break off and fall away. He plummets to the ground and transforms into his robot form and begins to beg for his life. He suddenly has both wings again at this point.
Iron Forged in Fire: Part One - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Tony and Rhodey are talking to the guard, trying to get into Stark International, there is a shot showing a woman walking away from them in a black skirt. A couple of shots later, the woman has disappeared and instead a couple is walking towards them holding hands. (00:07:20)
Continuity mistake: Gar enters a room and leaves the door open. Throughout the whole mirror scene the door is also open both when the camera looks at him and when the camera points at the mirror. However, when he is about to leave the room he needs to open the door as it has been closed inbetween us looking at Gar in the mirror and looking at him normally. (00:17:50 - 00:18:35)
Continuity mistake: When Connie starts reading The Unfamiliar Familiar to Steven, she starts at the very beginning of the book. A couple cuts later, as she continues to read the same passage, the book is now open to the middle.
Continuity mistake: In her rooftop fight with Tommy, Batwoman opens with a batarang, then sends him face down kicking him from behind. They wrestle some, and the railgun goes off once. In a wide shot when she punches him in the midsection a few times while he is trapped in an armlock, you can see the gun on the ground. He had it in hand in the previous shot and is still in his possession later. (00:35:00)
Yomigaere! Eiyuu Densetsu - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: The Pegasus armor is contained by a box, metallic grey, placed on a slab next to the Grand Pope. When Seiya cuts off Cassios' ear, the box appears gold/bronze colored, and when he tells Cassios "I owe you quite a lot of payback", the pillar with the armor is right behind him already instead than the top of the stairs. Continuity mistake: When Lieutenant Narissa Rizzo appears in holo form in the last scene of the episode, the two pins of her rank on her right breast initially are attached together (as if the two magnets have been placed too close together and ended up being pulled to one another). During the first part of the scene they go back and forth between being joined and separated. (00:40:45)
The Return - S4-E21
Continuity mistake: During the fight between Coulson, May and the two Ivanovs, the metal pipe that Coulson is wielding gets bent when Ivanov takes it off him. When he throws the pipe to the floor, it's straight again.
Borealis 301 - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: Near the end, Tom takes out the cipher key that was previously written on. But the cipher key used in the close up shots is different than the original. The words are spaced out and crossed out differently.
The Sleeper Shall Awake/Where Walks the Sleeper/The Final Sleep - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: Part 3: As you see the third "Sleeper" (a giant bomb shaped like the Red Skull's head) note the position of the monocle. First it's on its right side, then its left side, and back again to its right side. (00:14:20 - 00:15:05)
Continuity mistake: When Geralt fights the Striga, he ends up lying on his back with the Striga on top of him. To escape, he uses his magic to "punch" through the floor. The first attempt fails, its only effect is to blow away some dead leaves. At the second attempt a few seconds after, leaves are back on the floor.
Behold, a Distant Star - S2-E10
Continuity mistake: When Sue is talking about her father going into hiding, the camera is on the right side of a photo album, showing a newspaper clipping of him being wanted for murder. When the shot changes, the contents of that page are now three different photographs. (00:07:32)
The Last of the Cybernauts ...?? - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: At the start, Kane crashes an Austin Westminster - the burnt out wreck seen in his lair is a Wolseley 6/99.
Continuity mistake: When Captain Bragg orders her troops to move in on the people in the square, GS-8 is standing behind her, despite the droid having fled the scene just two shots earlier after Senator Singh's arrest. (00:02:58)
Continuity mistake: When the alarm in the office goes off, there are clocks visible around the alarm. The time on the New York clock is 10:40. About 15 seconds later, as the agents go into the meeting room, the New York clock has gone back 5 minutes to 10:35. It is definitely the same clock because the alarm is visible next to it. (00:03:40)
Continuity mistake: When Agatha is talking to Herbert at the police line, the position of her arms varies over several shots.
I Surrender - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: When Asha is in the hospital, her hair is pulled back and towards her right, away from the wound and a lot of her hair is next to her right shoulder. In the next shot of her, her hair has changed position.
Neogenic Nightmare Chapter 4: The Mutant Agenda - S2-E4
Continuity mistake: When Spider-Man is battling the X-Men, he shoots webs at all of them, which they remove. Later when Spider-Man is in Xavier's study with the X-Men, Gambit is shown removing a piece of webbing from his right arm, even though he had already removed it earlier. (00:02:15 - 00:04:30)
This Must Be the Alamo - S4-E5
Continuity mistake: When McCloud and Broadhurst are driving around in the squad car, the vehicle changes in their closeups. Note the light atop the hood, the stickers with the police and unit number on the hood, the rearview mirror's vanishing act, etc.
