Continuity mistake: In Season 2 Episode 22, Model Behavior, Woody has gotten his braces off. However, in this episode, he has braces back on again.
Continuity mistake: All shots of the Jeep Cherokee prior to it crashing (and during the process of flipping over) show that it wears factory-optional silver steel wheels of a 'star' style. But as the wreck settles upside-down, it's wearing plain steel wheels (like those found under full wheel covers or on a spare tire).
Continuity mistake: Rex's kama (the black kilt-like thing he wears) is missing twice: first when he, Anakin and Ahsoka are looking at a hologram of an AT-TE on the Resolute's bridge, and second when Anakin's trap for Grievous is revealed, and Rex orders the AT-TEs on the asteroids to fire. Continuity mistake: As Tony is walking over a wooded floor, there is a plant behind a yellow couch in the lounge, and the plant appears to be an orangish brown color. A few shots later as Tony is walking, you see the same plant behind him which is now green. (00:02:05)

Continuity mistake: At the diner when Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman are discussing the Superhero Memorial Time Capsule, Wonder Woman's cup is next to her arm. Then a few shots later, without her touching it, the cup is suddenly much closer to the edge of the table. (00:09:10)
Continuity mistake: When Domino is playing pool, in the wide shot, she is shown at the one of the corner pocket sides of the table, with Toad perched on the left corner pocket across from her. When the shot changes to her getting ready to take her shot, she is now standing on one of the side pocket sides of the table, with Toad similarly perched on the corner pocket on the left across from her, only now it would be on the same end of the table where she was originally standing.
