Visible crew/equipment: Towards the end of the film, Beau and Jeff Bridges are getting into a fighting match in an alley. As Jeff shoves Beau into a chain-link fence, you get a full and un-obstructed view of the boom holder and his microphone on the other side of the fence; just inches from Beau.
Visible crew/equipment: During the "How Long Has This Been Going On" number, Hepburn dances by a mirror - reflected in it are the camera crew, desperately trying to get out of the image.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ted and Dom are looking at Mary, speaking with Warren and Pat from behind the tree, if you look carefully you can see the camera and crew in the reflection in Ted's glasses. (01:10:10)

Visible crew/equipment: Aboard the Jolly Roger after Smee jumps overboard, Peter flies up to catch his sword and a pirate who yells, "I got him!" grabs hold of Peter's ankle. When Peter flies off in the wide shot, as the pirate holds his leg, he passes the mast and not only are the four wires attached to Peter's backside pleasingly visible while he flies, the two wires at the pirate's shoulders are visible as well. Such as when one of the Sharpettes asks, "So what's the theme of the summer's talent show?" in Sharpay's next close-up the boom mic and pole are visible in the reflection of her sunglasses.
Visible crew/equipment: Towards the end, when they're listening to the harpsichord, Ethan Hawke says that he's going to take her picture. Around then (in the video, at least), a boom mike drops in slightly from the top of the screen.
