Visible crew/equipment: Between the beginning of the movie and the end of it inside of Jesse's shop when the camera is facing the entrance and Jesse's desk look real closely at the window reflection in the playroom with the children and you will a see a man wearing a white shirt holding a camera prompt against her desk.
Visible crew/equipment: In the fight scene on the stairs near the end of the movie, the camera shot looks up and there is a security camera mounted up in the corner. (01:33:34)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where we see Elliot talking to Lee, while Lee is driving in his Porsche, in the view from right in front of him, you can see the reflection in his sunglasses, of the trailer pulling the car and the equipment. There also is an outline of two crew members.
Visible crew/equipment: When Virgil goes outside on the night of the storm after seeing Wyatt and Morgan, the arm of a crane is visible in the background behind the roof of a building. It sticks vertically up in the air, probably for mounting lights.
Visible crew/equipment: After Phil drives the truck off the cliff, and it explodes in a burst of flames, there is a shot of Andie MacDowell and Chris Elliot staring in shock at the disaster. The two actors are bathed in an orange glow supposedly coming from the flaming wreckage. But in the lens of the TV camera Elliot is holding, there is a noticeable reflection of the lighting equipment used to create the glow effect on the actors. (01:04:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When Benny comes home from work and Mrs Smail is about to leave there is a crew member leaving through and closing the backdoor. He has short blond hair, and looks to be thin and a bit on the tall side.
Suggested correction: That is not a crew member. It is Joon, leaving and slamming the door after her argument with the housekeeper. The fact that we can hear the door slam shows it was not an error.
Visible crew/equipment: When David and Diana are fighting in the kitchen, the boom mic is visible at the top of the screen.
