Continuity mistake: While Father Malone is drinking his wine you can still see the cork laying on the table. He finally gets up to try to catch Bennett before he leaves and the cork has mysteriously put itself back into the bottle. (00:05:00 - 00:05:45)
Continuity mistake: The amount of Kris' blood on Jesse's t-shirt changes constantly when he's running from Nancy's house. (00:32:30)
Continuity mistake: After Jonathan saves the baby from the car he goes to the funeral. In the funeral he starts talking to the baby's father and while they are talking you see a bald man with glasses pass by and glance at the baby and then in another scene you see the same bald guy pass again. Continuity mistake: Something weird happens as the sheriff rolls under the closing gate. She's holding a shotgun before she drops to the floor, rolls under with empty hands (seen from both sides), and as she stands up she's got it back. What's weird is that her dropping and rolling is one continuous shot, so she must have deliberately thrown the gun offscreen as she fell to help her fit through the narrow gap. She doesn't throw it through the gap - we'd be able to see it on the other side. (01:02:40)
Continuity mistake: The left tail light of Sadie's car is broken when she picks up the unfortunate hitchhiker. The light works when she turns left off the road. (00:36:20 - 00:38:35)
Continuity mistake: In the hotel when the manager comes through the door, in the first shot the door is open, but the next time the door is closed.
Revealing mistake: Taylor finds Sparks hiding under a bed. Taylor then gives him a tissue, and when Sparks reaches for it, his hand passes through the frame of the bed. (00:49:05)
Continuity mistake: When Carlos is confronting Manny about the Black Forest, the light on Carlos' face keeps changing. The front views show the right side of his face in shadow. But the views from behind and side show the right side of his face is in the light. (00:34:50)
Continuity mistake: While Eddie performs "Hot Patootie", he's seated on the motorcycle with Columbia for a bit, and when Eddie stands up he's holding the mic in his left hand, but as he walks up the steps it's in his right hand, then next shot when he's facing Frank-N-Furter the mic is in Eddie's left hand, and next shot it's back to his right hand again.
Continuity mistake: When Jonathan returns to his town and don't recognize his wife, his coat disappears in the next shot when he ask to the man beside him who she is. He didn't have the time to remove it. (01:14:15)
Continuity mistake: Hansel falls asleep in Lilith's house after his leg is injured, and Lilith and Gretel move him to the couch. In the close up, his head is facing up to his left. The shot cuts and suddenly his head has slumped over looking down to his right. (00:15:20)
Continuity mistake: Selene normally wears high heel boots. They briefly turn into flats during her caged fight with Varga, right before he betrays her. (00:26:40)
Continuity mistake: In the scene at the beginning of the movie where the flying vampires are chasing the security guard across the boardwalk parking lot, the positions of his arms as he is running changes back and forth between shots. In the close-ups of the guard's face, his hands are up, holding his hat down on his head. In the wide shots, his arms are down at his side. (00:02:45)
Continuity mistake: In the secret covenant, the amount of blood on Eve's white top decreases when Olivia the vampire doctor examines her wounds. This is most noticeable under the collar. (00:34:20)
Continuity mistake: When the group of girls first pulls up to the gas station and talk with Barney, the shadow cast by the sign is much longer than moments later when they leave. (00:11:15 - 00:12:50)
Continuity mistake: The last two pictures on the left on the wall going up the stairs change continually throughout the movie, at least 10 times. (00:24:35 - 00:26:35)
Revealing mistake: In the chase scene about an hour into the movie, Robert Loggia is shown entering the Liberty Tunnel, driving on a wet road. Note the vaulted round ceiling of the tunnel. Next, we see a series of shots of him in the tunnel, and then a shot of the sun rising over Pittsburgh as he is about to leave the tunnel. Here is the problem - the sunrise shot is taken from the Fort Pitt tunnel on a different day. Note the dry road, the barriers to the driver's left at the tunnel exit and the Fort Pitt bridge straight ahead. There is no place for the driver to make a left turn out of this tunnel. Also note that the POV is from the left lane. All the Liberty Tunnel shots show Loggia in the right lane. The next shot shows Loggia exiting the Liberty Tunnel and making a left turn from the right lane, causing a pile-up. (01:11:10 - 01:12:20)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Ethan Hawke is talking through the safety glass in the barricade to the polite leader of the gang outside, the leader shoots the loud-mouth guy standing to the right of him, using the pistol in his left hand across his chest.
