Revealing mistake: After Chuck steps on the toy duck, he looks up to see the alien family and their house behind them. However, there is no reflection of this on his visor, just an empty field and the trees beyond.
Revealing mistake: When Mr. Kubitz arrives at the house and finds Phil with makeup on, a car is driving by in the background. A few seconds go by before the shot goes back to Mr. Kubitz - plenty of time for the car to have driven out of shot. But when Mr. Kubitz is shown at the doorway again, the car is still there, driving along.
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Chitty is taking off from the castle, Caracticus looks down at the toymaker and Peter and says, "Bye bye". If you look closely, right in front of them, a boy runs across holding a stick he stole from one of the cavalrymen. He is waving it around and you can tell it's fake because it flops around like rubber. (02:16:50)
Revealing mistake: When Alfalfa is running in the street only in his underwear and socks, it is very obvious that he has sneakers under his socks.
Revealing mistake: When Leslie is fighting the soldiers, one soldier hits a second soldier with his rifle. The rifle can be seen to bend around the soldier's body and then straighten again. (02:12:10)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Sarah (David's sister) punches one of the Delaney brothers after being harrassed in the alley, she draws back to throw a punch. She first bangs her hand on the brick wall then, after she throws the punch, she punches the other brick wall extremely hard. You can see her bend over whencing in pain and grabbing her hand right before they switch camera views. When they switch camera angles, she's no longer crouched over and she's obviously had time to recover. (01:37:15)
Revealing mistake: When Velma is running from the two one eyed skeletons she goes into what looks like a warehouse and the floor is all wet and in some places there are puddles. When the skeletons come they step into a puddle but the water doesn't even splash or ripple. (01:11:20)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Rocky and Bullwinkle are walking through the university with Kenan and Kel (right before they come across the anti-moose protest), Kel's right arm passes through Rocky's left several times.
Revealing mistake: Before Josh tells his mom about Buddy, Buddy starts to push the basketball with nose down the stairs. While he is doing this, you can see the treat put there just before the ball moves.
Revealing mistake: When Chaplin is performing the Oceana Roll, the edge of his white makeup is visible on his right cheek.
Revealing mistake: When Sinbad and his men are fighting the pagans' "god of the single eye" centaur, Margiana the slave girl is shown screaming briefly. If you look closely, you can tell it isn't Caroline Munro, but a close look-alike.
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Nanny McPhee seems to suddenly "appear" to Cook, after the children have gotten sick, you can see Nanny stand up from behind the counter, if you watch closely through the red bottle as the camera passes. (00:34:05)
Revealing mistake: In "Wonderful, Wonderful Day" there are live birds flying on the set, but they were confused by the backdrop and several crash into it. (The director acknowledges this in a documentary.)
Revealing mistake: In the beginning of the movie when Charlie is in the gym, the last can of spray paint he uses, just before the Principal catches him, appears to spray 'clear'.
Revealing mistake: In the beginning of the movie, there is a scene where Buddy hits his head on the roof of the house as he's running out. You can obviously see a machine pushed the snow forward to land on his head. [May be easier to see in fullscreen version]. (00:12:40)

Revealing mistake: When Megan peeks through that slot thing at least two of the bad guys look straight at her.
Revealing mistake: In the scene near the end when water is filling up the submarine, Kirk Douglas begins fighting with a member of the crew to escape. As Douglas hits him his false sideburn falls off and flies across the screen.
Revealing mistake: When Bob has difficulty with his seat belt at the start of the road trip, the side-view mirrors have a translucent finish, just as in other shots throughout the film; however, the mirrors' surfaces are normal in the rest of the shots. Deliberately done to obscure the reflection of the crew. (00:13:20)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Stripes is looking in the water at his reflection, his body and the reflection don't quite match up. You can tell by his movements that his reflection is computer generated. (This is verified by the audio commentary.)
