Revealing mistake: When the pancakes are sticking to the ceiling, you can see that when one hits the ceiling, it jumps. The pancakes were actually being dropped on the floor with an upside down shot. (00:05:45)
Revealing mistake: At the funeral when Derek is giving the eulogy a tombstone on the right of screen almost falls over in the wind. (00:15:55)
Revealing mistake: When the boys go into the bear cave and all of the snakes are hissing, you can clearly see that one of the snakes is a rubber snake with a black stick attached to its head - the black stick is coming from a whole in the ground. It is not even a good snake, the 97 cent 'convenience store' variety.
Revealing mistake: Any time that Charlie is kicked by the kangaroo, they show him falling back onto the ground. But, if you look closely, they just used the same shot over and over. The exact same two lines in the dirt are to his left by his head each time.
Revealing mistake: In many scenes, particularly the dance scene in the bar, Michael's wings disappear and/or reappear. If you look closely throughout the movie, his wings are often completely gone.
Revealing mistake: When the police car crashes through the grating that was dropped down in front of it at the end of the tunnel, the occupants are dummies - they just bounce about in the same upright position whilst the car drives into the river.
Revealing mistake: When Memphis delivers Elanore to Calitri, he gets punched and falls to the ground. At his feet you see orange tape as stage markings. (01:38:15)
Revealing mistake: When Vicky and Donald Grisham are trying to get away in the car with the hardware store guy hanging on the end, in the furthest shot you can see the wheels aren't moving.
Revealing mistake: About 30 seconds into the movie, when the camera is panning down the flight status board, the letters are flipping through to form the correct words. However, the board is digitally animated, and some of the sequences of letters scrolling (such as one square going from L to M to N) loop without making any sense, like in the line above the yellow "The /Terminal" (U, V, W, U, V, W, U, V, W.). Revealing mistake: When Thunderbird 3 lands in London, the jets do not burn the grass they land on.
Revealing mistake: At the party where Inspector Gadget lights a cigar for Scolex, he uses his thumb which flips open to reveal a flame. When they cut to the close-up of Scolex getting the cigar lit, you can see that there is a hand holding up a traditional lighter, and not Inspector Gadget's thumb any more.
Revealing mistake: When the blind man is telling Brian he can see again and falls down in the pit, you can see the white mattress that he lands on. (01:01:10)
Revealing mistake: In the early part of the chase scene, when the person hanging the banner swings into the pane of glass, you can actually see it start to shatter before he touches it.
Revealing mistake: There is one scene where Alicia Silverstone is being taken away, and in the window, in the background, you can see a metro train with the letters on the side stating BC Transit and a picture of the British Columbia flag. Yet, the whole movie supposedly takes place in Washington state.
Revealing mistake: When Shrek and Donkey are sitting by the fire and looking at the stars, when Donkey asks Shrek about "our swamp" and Shrek says "We?" When Shrek blinks, his right eyeball is slicing through his upper lid. (00:46:30)

Revealing mistake: This mistake occurs in the beginning of the film where the bandits rob the train. When Jackie is standing on the coal (or was it wood?) car you can see the train is passing a modern sign (you can see it on the right).
Revealing mistake: When the policemen are pursuing the Santa Claus gang in their Bigfoot, one of the police cars has 5 people in it. It falls in a pool and there are only 2 people, and if you watch closely, they are dummies. (00:37:30)
Revealing mistake: In the opening scene the camera pulls back from a bedside locker to an over the shoulder shot of Kathleen Turner doing her make up in the mirror. Close inspection shows that the shoulder in the foreground is actually that of a double who doesn't quite match Turner's movements.
