Other mistake: When Jaeger is teaching Searcher how to throw. Through the scene Jaeger is handling Pando without gloves and Callisto is wearing fingerless gloves while also handling Pando. They should both have been shocked by the energy from the Pando. Jager is not immune, as he and Searcher are both shocked later by the Pando roots while using pickaxes to free the pando roots from the creature's heart later on in the movie.
Other mistake: When Boss Baby drools on the file at Puppy Co. he is not nearly close enough for the drool to hit the file.
Other mistake: When the villagers return to their homes, Po is seen emerging from an alley obscured with dust. In the shot where we can only see his profile, Po's "cape" is blowing in the wind, but the dust does not seem to be affected.
Suggested correction: You'd have been correct if the only inconsistency was a misaligned cloak. But that scene is far too elaborate. At first, we see a stereotypical legendary warrior in a long cape and straw hat pacing through magical dust. But soon, Po's figure transforms completely; even the dust vanishes without leaving a trace. I think what we see is either what the villagers thought to have seen or a mirage that the magic dust had cast.
Other mistake: In the regional qualifier, there are five planes with better times than Dusty. Fonzerelli is disqualified. So... How come the other four that qualified don't show up in the big race?
Other mistake: During the climax, when Junior reactivates the baby manufacturing machine, the first baby to emerge from the machine is naked. The machine's hands diaper this baby. However, when the other babies emerge from the machine they're already wearing diapers. (01:15:45 - 01:16:25)
Other mistake: The creep tells us that this is the first issue, but mere seconds after the famous ending of Father's Day we see fan mail on the second page, impossible for the first issue. (00:21:05)
Other mistake: When Marry Anne flies into the dark forest for the first time she drops the boutonniere. After seeing the primrose petal she flies off empty handed but has the boutonniere later when she meets Roland.
Other mistake: After Mirabel places candles in front of everyone's door, she stops to look at the wall of photos which each depict members of the family standing in front of their respective doors. In the photos, you see each member of the family as a child in front of their door, but the door they're standing by depicts them as adults. When Antonio gets his door, the door shows him as a child.
Other mistake: When Tai is typing an e-mail of apology to Sora, he accidentally types "Love Tai" as opposed to "From Tai" which he finds more appropriate. At that moment, Kari walks in, resulting in Tai's embarrassed stumble into the keyboard. We then see a highlighted "From Tai" change into "Love Tai". It is possible that Tai had already changed it before we saw it and then accidentally pushed Ctrl+Z upon Kari's arrival, but this is more than doubtful.

Other mistake: At the beginning in England, Radcliffe tells the King of John Smith's death as they discuss war, and the King says they will await the return of John Rolf, indicating Rolf has already left England. It then cuts to the first scene with Pocahontas, which is before Rolf arrives in America, and the friend says that it is a long time since the news arrived of John Smith's death. There's no time for this news to have reached them.
Other mistake: In the beginning scene where Dog is in his apartment, the TV screen is always reflected in the rightmost window, but this is impossible as the TV is too far to the left of the window for it to be reflected. (00:02:06 - 00:04:10)
Other mistake: When the Amazons interrogate Steve they don't know the meaning of the word "crap" yet they know one of the definitions of the word "rack."
Suggested correction: Just because they understand some slang, doesn't mean they should understand all slang.
Well if they're an ancient race then how do they know of the use of the word rack regarding female anatomy? One of them went out into the modern world and learned this? Hera tell them this? Maybe they got internet or a modern dictionary?
Well obviously they know stuff about the modern world. Diana could speak Dutch fluently, not Old Dutch either, but modern Dutch. So they do get information or else she wouldn't have known that. This would include slang.
Other mistake: Daffy walks past the same table and couch four times. When he runs the other direction, he passes the same staircase five times.
Other mistake: In the "Peter and The Wolf" segment, Sasha the bird has a flesh-colored head. When he puts on his black cossack hat, the flesh areas of his cheeks and the flesh area between his eyes instantly turn black.
Other mistake: During the "Hellfire" sequence, when Frollo is singing "God have mercy on her, God have mercy on me...", his shadow against the wall behind him rises as he backs up closer to the wall. However, when he turns around to press against the wall, his shadow ends up far above his body when it should have become level with his body by that point - like the very next close-up shot of Frollo shows, which is itself a continuity error.
