Visible crew/equipment: When the T-Rex is running rampant in the streets, we see a guy running away from it. He tries to run into a video store, and the shot is from inside the video store. Right before that guy gets eaten by the Rex, he runs to the door to try to open it. And when this happens, you can see the reflection of the cameraman in the glass on the door walking towards it. Visible crew/equipment: When Gregorio slams on his brakes the car stops alongside the sidewalk, in front of the private school. In the next shot he calls out, "Juni, Juni!" as Juni stands by the open car door. First, a large boom mic and the reflector screen are wonderfully reflected in the car window, before he closes the door. Then when Juni closes the door, a car is reflected on the door, though it is impossible for it to be there since a gate, which is visible in the following shots, stands at the edge of the sidewalk on the car's left side. Some crew members, one of which is behind camera equipment and another holds the boom mic pole, are also reflected in Gregorio's door on the left. Then as Juni walks away, the boom mic moves back and forth in the reflection near Gregorio's face to pick up the actors' audio. (00:11:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When Bond climbs off the elevator and hangs for a few seconds, if you look closely at the ground behind Bond, you can see his shadow on the screen behind him, which has the image of the ground projected onto it.
Visible crew/equipment: On the widescreen version of the film, near the beginning, Sean Penn is talking to a young G.I. that's worried. They are in the latrine area on the ship. While they talk, look in the mirror to the left. This is the most visible camera-on-film shot to date.

Visible crew/equipment: When 007 is on the "Little Nelly" and is about to fly over the village, there's a shot in front of him and you can see another helicopter in the background. This is not the helicopter that attacks Bond later - it must be the one used to film the action from behind.

Visible crew/equipment: In the closeup shots of the soda cans shooting out, you can very clearly see the the two hoses which are making the sodas shoot out.
Visible crew/equipment: At one point Clint Eastwood is out in the woods practising his shooting with his new .44 auto-mag pistol. While he's doing this, a car pulls up and a black male begins to get out with a shotgun. (We later learn that this is his partner). As the man with the shotgun is opening his door, if you look at the reflection in the car window, you can clearly see the reflection of a man with a camera and another man standing next to him.
